Eager Anticipation

Revelation 22:20 (VOICE) The One who testifies to these realities makes this promise: The Anointed One: Yes. I am coming soon. To which we say, “Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.”

Beloved, I AM coming. Allow the quickening in your heart to stir. Allow the eager anticipation to build. The Bridegroom is returning for His bride. Coming and coming quickly.

Resist the urge to be troubled by the hardships that will come, and instead fix your heart on the joyous culmination that is on its way. Drink deeply of the intimacy we have here and now, even as you anticipated the increase that is coming.

True Foundation

1 John 3:1 (TPT) Look with wonder at the depth of the Father’s marvelous love that he has lavished on us! He has called us and made us his very own beloved children. The reason the world doesn’t recognize who we are is that they didn’t recognize him.

Beloved, don’t be concerned when those around you reject or mistreat you, they did the same to Me. So refuse to take their actions as a measure of your worth, but rather trust My assessment of your value.

I love you beyond measure. I cherish and adore you. You are the apple of My eye – the light of My world. Be filled to overflowing with the blessing of My love. Be so full lies and misperceptions from the world cannot shake your true foundation in Me.

My Resonant Peace

Psalm 23:2 (TPT) He offers a resting place for me in his luxurious love. His tracks take me to an oasis of peace, the quiet brook of bliss.

Beloved, rest in My love. This place of rest is one found inside, and not dependent on outer circumstances. Like an eye in the storm, My peace makes room for itself regardless of situations that may seem to challenge it.

So cling fast. Refuse to relinquish My peace regardless of the winds and waves that come. Pause and feel that peace I have given you. Allow it to quiet your soul. Take comfort in My abundant love and breath in the bliss of My resonant peace.

Worthy of Rescue

Romans 5:8 (VOICE) But think about this: while we were wasting our lives in sin, God revealed His powerful love to us in a tangible display —the Anointed One died for us.

Worthy. Beloved, I declare you worthy. I don’t waste the power of My love, but rather I give it freely to those I deem worthy. I see hearts, and know innermost thoughts. I know the trials and tribulations that form wounds, and the hope deferred that causes bitterness. I see through to the way that I formed each of you, and count you worthy.

I count you worthy of rescue. Worthy of redemption. Worthy of salvation. Reach out and grab hold. Freedom is in your grasp. Take hold and refuse to give it up. I have paid the price to set you free, refuse to let it be wasted. My tangible display of love – a banner for you to run to to be set free.

True Love

Song of Solomon 8:7 (VOICE) …If a person tried to exchange all of his wealth for love, then he would be surely rejected.

Beloved, you cannot buy My love anymore than I can gain your constancy through gifts. A love available for purchase is no love at all. So if your love is conditional upon My blessings, it is not truly love.

Love stands in the face of trials and adversity. Love is immovable and unchangeable. True love is unconditional and constant. That is the love I have lavished on you. Will you lavish the same upon Me?

Song of Solomon 8:7 (VOICE) No amount of water can quench love; a raging flood cannot drown it out. If a person tried to exchange all of his wealth for love, then he would be surely rejected.

Migdal-Oz Shem Adonai (the Name of the Lord is a Strong Tower)

Isaiah 54:17 (VOICE) But no instrument forged against you will be allowed to hurt you, and no voice raised to condemn you will successfully prosecute you. It’s that simple; this is how it will be for the servants of the Eternal; I will vindicate them.

Beloved, I AM your defender, your very present help in times of trouble. And though the storms may come and shake and rage, they will not overtake you, for I AM with you.  I AM your strong tower – your refuge in the storm.

My name – My reputation – is a strong tower, a place of safety for you to rest. Trust Me to handle every situation. Trust that I see, and I care. For I AM faithful, I AM true. The One on whom you can steadfastly depend. Rest in Me and know that I AM God.

Hold Fast and Give Thanks

Psalm 34:1 (VOICE) I will praise the Eternal in every moment through every situation. Whenever I speak, my words will always praise Him.

Beloved, choose to stay in a place of praise at all times, not simply because I AM worthy, but also because doing so maintains your focus on what is good and perfect and true. Dayenu (it would have been sufficient). The blessings received so far are worth giving thanks for so refuse to be tempted to bitterness or anger.

Resist the urge to allow grief or frustration to overwhelm you, instead fixing your gaze on the truth that in all things I AM both good and sovereign. I bring beauty from ashes and joy from mourning. Beloved, I AM enough.  Rest in Me and trust that I AM working all things for good even in the moments that doesn’t seem possible – because still it is true. Hold fast and give thanks that I AM good.  Continue reading “Hold Fast and Give Thanks”

Stay the Course

Psalm 30:5 (VOICE) His wrath, you see, is fleeting, but His grace lasts a lifetime. The deepest pains may linger through the night, but joy greets the soul with the smile of morning.

Beloved, though the seasons of labor may seem endless, and the tears of hardship feel overwhelming, rest in the truth that your labor is not in vain. Stay the course with tenacious intention, and wait in steadfast expectancy for the harvest to come bringing with it much rejoicing.

Allow the stretching seasons of waiting to mold and shape your character. Stand on the promises you know to be truth and refuse to be moved. My grace is sufficient, beloved, and it is everlasting. I AM with you in both the trials and the joy, know that each season carries its own blessing and receive each one with joy.

Let Love Be Your Battle Cry

Psalm 105:19 (NKJV) Until the time that his word came to pass, The word of the Lord tested him.

Beloved one, remember that each time you take a step to grasp ahold of My promises for your life that you are also attempting to take territory for the Kingdom of Heaven. This means that you are stepping onto a battlefield, declaring war against the darkness which seeks to maintain its hold on your inheritance. Therefore, do not be surprised that the enemy will resist you and the manifestation of My Word in your life. He will try to convince you that My promises are not true or that they are not for you. He will accuse you in an attempt to make you forget that you are clothed in My righteousness and that My favor is upon your life. Continue reading “Let Love Be Your Battle Cry”
