As the Lord speaks life, let there be life. For what was once dead springs back to life as He speaks. For as dry bones come back to life, so will the waters of refreshment and nourishment flow.
The sea ebbs and flows, it will always come back again. As seasons of life ebb and flow, God’s power stays the same. May we see it in every little and big wave washing and crashing up against the sands.
For as God’s waves wash over us, whether gentle or hard, they mold and shape us. They push us further and deeper. Those waves move us together and farther apart, each in the direction we need to take.
The waves of the Lord may seem random, but God has a plan for each gentle wave and each crashing storm of water. For every grain of sand is known by Him, and He knows how each must be formed, just as He knows every hair on every person’s head from the beginning of life until the end.
