Psalm 33:6, 9 (NKJV) By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. … For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.
To read the first chapter of the book of Genesis, I never cease to be in awe of how God brought about creation through the breath of His mouth. What He spoke came forth into existence just as He envisioned. And what began in chaos and void, was shaped and filled into a thing of beauty. Creation is God’s canvas and the very the manifestation of His thoughts. But have you ever considered how creation is still responding to God’s words? Even more, have you ever considered how you and I are being created—or recreated—by the words that God speaks? Continue reading “Recreated by His Word”

Psalm 18:30 (TPT) What a God you are! Your path for me has been perfect! All your promises have proven true. What a secure shelter for all those who turn to hide themselves in you! You are the wrap-around God giving grace to me.
Beloved, rest in My promises. You have only to yield to receive the fullness of them. Keep your eyes on Me and walk in humble obedience trusting that My hand will bring it all to pass.
Stay hidden in Me. I AM your rock and shelter, and I AM wholly faithful and true. Trust in Me and trust in My word, for, beloved, it shall never return void. Lo, it will always come to pass. So wait in glorious expectation for My promises to be made manifest.
Habakkuk 2:3 (KJV) For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak and not lie. Though it tarry, wait for it, because it will surely come; it will not tarry.
Beloved, resist the urge to be frustrated when promises seem to be delayed, for you know that I AM good to My word and I will bring all that I have promised to pass. I watch over My word to perform it.
So allow such moments of seeming holdup to stretch your faith, and yield to My growing process. I do all things with purpose and intention, and I AM using all things for good. So embrace the trials of waiting with joy knowing My hand is at work.
Deuteronomy 7:9 (VOICE) I want you to know that the Eternal your God is the only true God. He’s the faithful God who keeps His covenants and shows loyal love for a thousand generations to those who in return love Him and keep His commands.
As I have walked with God, there have been numerous times when He reaffirms His personal promises to me. When He does this, it is always in a time when my hope in those promises needs some resuscitation. God is so gracious. He knows how hard it is for us to hang onto His promises through the storms of life. He sees all and knows with certainty that His plan for us is good and well worth the wait. But God also knows that we desperately need His strength to hold onto His Word. As difficult as waiting on God can be at times, I have to say that I am always challenged and changed as God reveals Himself to me throughout the waiting process. Joshua 1:7 (NKJV) “Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go.

I have already determined to work every situation in your favor. I go before you to pave your path to victory. I take down each of your giants when you are willing to face them. And when you take new territory in your inheritance, I join you in celebration. Nothing makes Me happier than to see you obtain My promised blessings! Continue reading “I AM For You”
Ecclesiastes 3:11 (NKJV) He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.
Look for Me, beloved. Look for Me to fulfill My Word in great ways and in small. Seek Me continually that I might shine revelation upon My Word, and illuminate events both past and present to bring them into perspective. Yet even as you seek Me, do so with a humble heart understanding that both the plan for your life and the plan for the whole of creation is far beyond what you are capable of fathoming. I Am the Infinite and Eternal Creator, able to fulfill My Word again and again and at new dimensions. I do all things well, and I do them in truth and in harmony. Continue reading “Look for Me”
