Rest and Know You Are Mine

Psalm 68:6 (NLT) God places the lonely in families…

Beloved, you are not alone. I AM with you and I will never leave you. Though there may be times your earthly family lets you down, I will never leave you or forsake you. I have chosen you and will never let you go.

I hold you close in your times of need, and I send others to be a blessing on My behalf. Beloved, embrace those I put in your life. Allow those divine connections to nurture your spirit and build you up. Allow them to reflect My heart to you and speak life over you. Allow them to clearly reflect back to you the truth of who you are rather than a distorted perception.

But even in these special friendships that are a gift from Me, remember that though they may reflect Me and act on My behalf, they are not Me and cannot act as a replacement. I work through them, but ultimately the love you seek is found in Me.

I know the truth about you and believe it unwaveringly. I know that you are precious, you are worth knowing, and you are worth loving. You are beautiful, cherished, and My heart for you is steadfast. But most of all, I have claimed you and called you My own. So, beloved, rest and know that you are Mine.

Align with Justice

Psalm 89:14 (GW) Righteousness and justice are the foundations of your throne. Mercy and truth stand in front of you.

Beloved, I AM the righteous judge. I alone see rightly for I am intimately acquainted with the actions and heart motivations of men. Ask Me for wisdom. Ask Me for insight. Strive to see as I see.

Bring forth justice in the earth. Pray for it. Facilitate it. Make wrong things right – even in the small things, even in the things with no legal consequence – remember that I see differently than you and My understanding of justice is unique.

Stand for righteousness. Stand for truth. Stand for integrity. Stand for honor. Stand for respect. Stand for that which is right. Align with justice and be a voice for it in the earth.

Key to the Kingdom: Keep Godly Company

Psalm 1:1 (VOICE) God’s blessings follow you and await you at every turn: when you don’t follow the advice of those who delight in wicked schemes, When you avoid sin’s highway, when judgment and sarcasm beckon you, but you refuse.

Beloved, be wise in the company you keep. Be intentional in fostering life-giving relationships that are rooted in a shared love of Me that you might grow together in the way I have intended.

Be mindful not to pull one another off course and be quick to restore each other in love when you stumble. Encourage one another to be your best self and to intentionally make choices that are righteous and pleasing to Me, for that is the path of life.

There is a time to connect with those who walk in a manner that opposes Me, but do so with the intention of releasing My light and love rather than allowing your own light to be diminished. You have been called for such a time as this. Shine brightly and love well.

Beloved, do you know how you move Me? Do you know how your affections minister to My heart? My love for you is powerful and overwhelming, but surely you must know that yours is equally affecting to Me. You are My deepest desire – the apple of My eye, for you to choose Me and pursue Me is the sweetest of gifts!

Let’s stay enthralled with one another – just as newlyweds exist in a place all their own even in a crowded room. Let’s abide in that place where nothing can intervene – where our gazes stay locked together even as the world goes on around us and life’s distractions won’t steal the focus. Beloved, pursue Me as I pursue you – fervently and with your whole heart. Just as your lungs cry out for air when deprived of it, so your soul cries out for Me. So breath Me in deeply, beloved. I AM here and I AM rich with love for you – ready to saturate your senses and overwhelm you in the sweetest of ways.

Sweet Fellowship

Song of Songs 1:3 (TPT) Your presence releases a fragrance so pleasing— over and over poured out. For your lovely name is “Flowing Oil.” No wonder the brides-to-be adore you.

Beloved, allow Me to invade your senses. Be still and pause in My presence. Wait on Me to make Myself known. Smell My sweet fragrance and allow the flow of My Spirit – My anointing – to coat you with precious oil as thick as honey.

May it stick to you as you move on with your activities, allowing Me to remain tangibly close to My precious one, and continually reminding you of the sweetness of our fellowship. Abide with Me, and keep Me in your focus all day everyday, for I AM with you always.

Key to the Kingdom: Be Holy

Psalm 141:4 (VOICE) Don’t allow my deepest desires to steer me toward doing what is wrong or associating with wicked people Or joining in their wicked works or tasting any of their pleasures.

Beloved, be holy as I AM holy. Choose what is right and refuse to flirt with the line between what is right and wrong. Pursue righteousness. Set yourself up for success – flee from temptation and give it no place.

Fix your gaze on Me to understand the fullness of holiness, and then be like Me – for you are made in My image and called to shine brightly. Reflect Me. Reflect My character. Light the world with your holy blaze.

Let Your Joyous Exaltation Ring

Psalm 84:4 (VOICE) How blessed are those who make Your house their home, who live with You; they are constantly praising You. [pause]

Beloved, lose yourself in an atmosphere of worship and praise. Be overcome in awe of who I AM. Meditate on My goodness. Saturate yourself in My presence. Soak in Me, and abide in that place, rest in that place, and make your dwelling in that place.

Those who abide in Me are blessed, and the understanding of the blessing found by dwelling in My presence brings forth a heart full of praise. The welling up of gratitude bubbles up and overflows in joyous exaltation. “Holy is the Lord God almighty! Worthy is the Lamb that was slain.” Abide in that place, beloved, and let your joyous exaltation ring.

Choose Who to Trust

Jeremiah 17:7 (VOICE) But blessed is the one who trusts in Me alone; the Eternal will be his confidence.

Beloved, choose to trust in Me, for I AM faithful and worthy. Blessed are those who put their unfettered trust in Me – those whose confidence is in Me. I will not leave you or forsake you. If your trust is in Me, you do not trust in vain.

I AM the mighty deliverer. Would you rely on the weapons and wisdom of men when you have Me on your side? Surely not. Walk in wisdom rooted in a fear of the Lord. I will not lead you astray.

The Only True God

Deuteronomy 7:9 (VOICE) I want you to know that the Eternal your God is the only true God. He’s the faithful God who keeps His covenants and shows loyal love for a thousand generations to those who in return love Him and keep His commands.

Beloved, will you be faithful? Will you write My Word upon your heart and act from its overflow? Will you choose to love sacrificially for Me? Will you put keeping My commands above the opinions of man and your own flawed judgment? I AM righteous. I AM holy. I AM worthy of your unbridled devotion. So choose Me. I AM your God.

I AM faithful and I AM true. I remember My promises and act upon them with perfect accuracy. I remember My faithful ones long after they have left the earth, and repay their faithfulness from generation to generation. I AM a good God. I AM the only true God, and I AM yours. Be intentional in your devotion to Me.
