Our Weakness, God’s Strength

“Lamb of God ” by Meghan Williams, Dyed4you Art

2 Corinthians 12:9-11 (TPT) But he answered me, “My grace is always more than enough for you, and my power finds its full expression through your weakness.” So I will celebrate my weaknesses, for when I’m weak I sense more deeply the mighty power of Christ living in me.

I must admit that there are times when I have viewed a picture of a lamb and cringed. It’s not because I dislike how they look. On the contrary, such gentle and innocent faces are precious. However, it has been hard for me to accept that such sweet creatures were God’s choice as a sacrifice. In just the same way, our sinless and meek Savior—the Lamb of God—was God’s choice to bring atonement for the world. Continue reading “Our Weakness, God’s Strength”

I Am With You

“Bezel El (Shadow of God)” by Meghan Williams, Dyed4you Art

Be watchful, beloved. Take a look at what’s around you. Notice the things that I have placed within your gaze.  For they are as road signs and as a map to you. You may think it strange that I can speak through your environment or circumstances as much as I speak through My Word. However, I desire that you would come to a greater awareness of Who I Am and come to see My continual presence and power in your life. I would have you see what it means to abide in Me and I in you. For through My Spirit, which is in you, I am able to quicken your attention to the mundane and give you wisdom and insight moment by moment. Continue reading “I Am With You”

Come Out of the Box

“Dreaming and Rejoicing” by Meghan Williams, Dyed4you Art

Beloved, come out of the box and come out of hiding. Come out of the trap of thoughts that keep you hidden in shame and fear. Refuse to let self-limiting mindsets restrict and contain you. For when you allow your insecurities to govern and control you, they also restrict the movement of My Spirit through you. Continue reading “Come Out of the Box”

The Name of the Lord

“Refuse to Be Moved” by Meghan Williams, Dyed4you Art

Proverbs 18:10 (AMP) The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous runs to it and is safe and set on high [far above evil].

Occasionally, there can be times of spiritual warfare where fear and anxiety can plague a believer; keeping the enemy at bay often requires persistence and a commitment to having the mind of Christ. I remember in one particular season, the battle was even more difficult because I could not always stop in the middle of what I was doing to pray, discern, and address every fear and shift my thought life. One night, I went to bed physically exhausted—both from a long day of work and the nagging grip of anxiety that had plagued me all day. Yet in my exhaustion, I found myself wielding a powerful weapon against that anxiety—the Name of the Lord. Continue reading “The Name of the Lord”

No Longer Slaves

“Join Forces” – by Meghan Williams, Dyed4you Art

Exodus 12:41 (NKJV) And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years—on that very same day—it came to pass that all the armies of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt.

There comes a point in our spiritual journey where God calls us to shift how we see our relationship with Him and how we see ourselves. So often we may find ourselves focusing on God as our refuge and our deliverer. And indeed, He is all that and more to us; He has delivered us out of bondage with a mighty hand. And yet, an amazing truth is that God delivered so that we might join forces with Him. We are no longer slaves, instead, we have been called to stand by the side of our King as a mighty army. The Key is to Ask

This image is the prophetic art of Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art. The piece is called "The Seeker's Keys," and this meditation is connected to it.
“The Seeker’s Keys” – by Meghan Williams, Dyed4you Art

Jeremiah 33:3 (AMP) ‘Call to Me and I will answer you, and tell you [and even show you] great and mighty things, [things which have been confined and hidden], which you do not know and understand and cannot distinguish.’

For several years, I have been learning how important it is for us to ask questions in our daily walk with God. Persistently inquiring of God about Scripture, its mysteries, or my prophetic encounters with Him has been like a key that opens the double doors of revelation. While God desires that His children would inquire of Him so that we will learn more, we may not realize that the release of His Kingdom is actually dependent upon it. Draw Upon My Spirit of Counsel

“Faithful Victory” – by Meghan Williams, Dyed4you Art

Isaiah 11:2 (VOICE) And on this child from David’s line, the Spirit of the Eternal One will alight and rest. By the Spirit of wisdom and discernment He will shine like the dew. By the Spirit of counsel and strength He will judge fairly and act courageously. By the Spirit of knowledge and reverence of the Eternal One….

Beloved, victory is always in your hands because I am always with you. As a carrier of My Presence, I have sent you into this world to accomplish My Kingdom purposes. And those whom I send, I abundantly equip that they may succeed. Continue reading “Draw Upon My Spirit of Counsel”

Explore With Me

Isaiah 45:3 (VOICE) I will give you hidden treasures and wealth tucked away in secret places; I will reveal them to you. Then you will know that I am the Eternal, the God of Israel, who calls you by name.

Beloved, I have so much more for you – things below the surface, outside your immediate natural understanding – will you go deep with Me? Will you allow Me to give you revelation? Will you choose to take the time – make the time – for us to be together? Continue reading “Explore With Me”

Follow the Beat of My Heart

1 John 4:18 (TPT) Love never brings fear, for fear is always related to punishment. But love’s perfection drives the fear of punishment far from our hearts. Whoever walks constantly afraid of punishment has not reached love’s perfection.

Beloved, be led by the sound of the beat of My heart. Resist the call of the world, which seeks to guide you through fear, guilt, and shame. You are My delight, and I created you for relationship with Me. Knowing Me is about so much more than a list of do’s and don’ts. It’s about more than work, projects, deadlines, and commissions. Wings of Faith

Matthew 14:27-29 (AMPC) But instantly He spoke to them, saying, Take courage! I Am! Stop being afraid! And Peter answered Him, Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water. He said, Come! So Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water, and he came toward Jesus.

My child, remember that courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is the choice you make to move in accordance with My guiding in spite of your fears. Do not fret if your heart still trembles as you take bold steps in the direction I call you. Like a muscle that becomes strengthened through constant resistance training, so your confidence will be built through repeated resistance of fear. Fear will lose its hold as you repeatedly make the choice to trust Me. Continue reading “Wings of Faith”
