Morning Dance

Psalm 126:5 (TLB) Those who sow tears shall reap joy.

Beloved, I have promised and I will deliver. I AM good to My word. Rest in a place of joyful expectation, even when the night is long and the sky looks dark, know that I AM with you, My angels surround you, and I AM faithful. I watch over My word to perform it. Stand fast and believe. Let joyful expectation be your mien.

Dance, beloved – as in your mourning you expect your morning, dance, for the dawn is coming. Worship as you wait, knowing I AM faithful. Knowing I AM good. Knowing I AM with you. And knowing I AM worthy. Give praise, and give it freely and without reserve. Bring forth your mourning dance that it might become your morning dance. Continue reading “Morning Dance”

Look for Me in the Storm

Psalm 89:9 (TLB) You rule the oceans when their waves arise in fearful storms; you speak, and they lie still.

Beloved, refuse to be intimidated as the winds and waves rage around you, and look for Me in the eye of the storm. I AM your peace, YHVH Shalom – the Lord your Peace, and I AM always with you. Find your rest in Me.

When the storms come, pause to breathe and regroup. Fix your gaze on Me. Refuse to allow the chaos to mandate your internal landscape. I have given you My peace, none can take it away, so hold it fast and refuse to let go.

Refuse to make room for chaos and confusion. Instead look to Me in the midst of the Storm, for I will guide you with My eye. I will bring order and rest that no circumstance can alter. See clearly, beloved, and let that peace that I have given you radiate out and shift the atmosphere.

You are My carrier of peace. Release it to the world, changing it rather than allowing it to change you. I AM your strength. I AM your joy. I AM your peace. And I AM steadfast. Continue reading “Look for Me in the Storm”

With You in the Flames

Daniel 3:25 (GW) The king replied, “But look, I see four men. They’re untied, walking in the middle of the fire, and unharmed. The fourth one looks like a son of the gods.”

Beloved, My presence is with you always. In the midst of the trials – in the heat of the flames – I AM with you. I never leave you or forsake you, nor will I allow you to be crushed or harmed even in the fire, for you are Mine, and nothing can snatch you from My grasp.

Look for Me. When the flames feel overwhelming, look for Me because I AM there by your side. I will walk through anything with you. There is nothing that will take Me from your side. So like the fire only burned Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego’s ropes, let the dross be burned away – the unneeded worldly ensnarements – and come forth beloved as pure gold. Conduit of Love

Matthew 5:43-48 (TPT) …What reward do you deserve if you only love the loveable? Don’t even the tax collectors do that?…

Beloved, it isn’t enough to simply love those who love you (although you should do that too, and do so without reserve). Love like Mine is sacrificial. It costs you something. If you would be like Me, your love must be the same.

So beloved, love the unlovable. Love those who are hurting and lost. Love those who are angry and lashing out. Love deeply and as if you’ll never get hurt. Love because you have been loved even when you were hurt, angry, and unlovable you were loved by Me. Be a conduit of love, for love changes everything. Continue reading “Conduit of Love”

Trust Me to Lead or Correct

1 Corinthians 13:9 (KJV) For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.

Beloved, listen for My voice. Trust that you hear Me and trust that I will speak. Hold what I share with an open hand, trusting Me to lead or correct.

Beloved, how do you explain something to someone that is beyond their expectations or comprehension? Know that sometimes, like a sailboat tacking to and fro, making steady – albeit indirect – progress, I will find ways to guide and direct you that may seem indirect or even contrary, but if you will trust and release the leading to Me, you begin to see the route taking shape even amongst all the course corrections.

I AM not changeable though to you it may seem like I change My mind. I AM directing you in the way that you will best be able to follow, yield to My leading and trust Me to lead. Remember the journey is a primary part of the goal, not just the destination. Continue reading “Trust Me to Lead or Correct “

YHVH Nissi (the Lord my Banner) & About Flag Ministry

Exodus 17:15 (NLT) Moses built an altar there and named it Yahweh-Nissi (which means “the Lord is my banner”).

Beloved, I AM your banner, your miracle, your declaration of victory. Lift Me high. Exalt Me and lift your hands in holy reverence for I AM worthy of your praise. I AM a sign and a symbol to any who would look that you have been set free. You have overcome.

In honor of Me, lift your hands. In honor of Me, raise high your symbol of victory. Your unabashed faith in who I AM and willingness to hold nothing back are powerful messages in the spiritual realm. You declare Me faithful – your very actions announcing to any with ears to hear that I AM God and I AM worthy of your devotion. Praise Me for I AM good. Selah (again)

Psalm 24:10 (AMP) Who is [He then] this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory [who rules over all creation with His heavenly armies]. Selah.

Beloved, pause. Stop and reflect, truly take moment and ponder who I AM. Ponder My glory, the works of My hands, My character and identity. It’s far too easy to get caught up in the rhetoric and lose sight of who I truly am. I AM more than simply words regurgitated by well-meaning people who get so busy saying the “right” things they’ve missed the point: relationship with Me.

So pause. Make room for Me to speak, make room for Me to love you, and make room for all I share and teach you to penetrate. Meditate on Me – on My words, both rhema and logos (whispered in your ear and written in My word). Slow down. Refuse to be tempted to rush this journey. Some things cannot be hurried. So pause. Ponder Me, beloved. Selah.

Note: I find it ironic that in a year of doing these Prophetic Nuggets, this particular post “accidentally” got posted (and sent out to the subscribers) twice. 🙂 After my initial embarrassment, I realized God had this happen on purpose because He wanted to re-emphasize the need to pause. Steadfastly Believe the Best

1 Corinthians 13:4-8 (TPT) …Love…never stops believing the best for others…

Beloved, continually believing the best of those around you in the face of evidence to the contrary doesn’t make you gullible or foolish, it makes you hope-filled. Catch My vision of who each individual is and hold fast to that knowledge, refusing to be swayed into believing something different.

Align with My heart for them and operate from an expectation of that good. Prophesy and call it forth. Pray for them that it might be manifest. And through it all love them, extend grace to them, and steadfastly believe the best of them. Continue reading “Steadfastly Believe the Best”

Being a Grateful Child of Mine

Psalm 107:8 (VOICE) May they erupt with praise and give thanks to the Eternal in honor of His loyal love And all the wonders He has performed for humankind!

Beloved, what I have done is more than enough. That’s not to say I won’t do more, but it is a reminder to choose gratitude over greed, thanksgiving over longing. Choose to be content with what you have already been given.

Refuse to operate from a place of spoiled entitlement. There is difference between standing in faithful expectation and pouting like a child because your prayers haven’t yet been answered.

Choose well. Who would you bless: someone you’d already gifted who quickly cast aside their blessing to extend their hand for more? Or the one grateful for your gift and appreciative of its blessing in their life?

You woke up this morning, that is a gift. You are breathing, that is a gift. Look around you, see and acknowledge all I’ve done, for I love My children. Bless Me by seeing and acknowledging the outpouring of that love, by being a grateful child of Mine. Continue reading “Being a Grateful Child of Mine”
