True Treasure

Garden of Abiding” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

Mark 10:21 (TPT) Jesus fixed his gaze upon the man, with tender love, and said to him, “Yet there is still one thing in you lacking. Go, sell all that you have and give the money to the poor. Then all of your treasure will be in heaven. After you’ve done this, come back and walk with me.”

Isaiah 33:5-6 (AMP) The Lord is exalted, for He dwells on high; He has filled Zion with justice and righteousness. And He will be the security and stability of your times, A treasure of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge; The fear of the Lord is your treasure.”

A person’s true treasure is the kingdom of heaven—the heart of God, our Adonai. He calls us to lay down all the things, relationships, preconceived ideas, and beliefs that keep us from running wholeheartedly after Him. He desires us to be like little children. A visual I have is when a person a child loves and delights in walks into the room; that child lays down whatever they are doing and runs to be with that person. God’s deepest desire is for us to be childlike and run to be with Him and join Him in whatever He does. Continue reading “True Treasure”

Looking Up

“Infinite Possibilities” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

I admit that I have often struggled to find a balance between keeping my feet on the ground and having my head in the clouds—keeping my thoughts in the heavens that is. I always thought that “looking up” meant continuing to looking forward to Christ’s reign. Someday, Christ would return. Someday, the Kingdom would come, and the earth would be restored. All the while, the daily demands and desires of the flesh kept me miserably rooted to the earth moment by moment. How could I practically pursue heavenly things while still in the flesh? Continue reading “Looking Up”

Kingdom Child

Mark 10:14-15 (AMP) But when Jesus saw this, He was indignant and He said to them, “Allow the children to come to Me; do not forbid them; for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whoever does not receive and welcome the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it at all.”

God loves those who are childlike, full of faith and trust and filled with the light of His love and life. They don’t allow the lies of the enemy to shut them down. They turn their gaze on their Abba Daddy, King of the Universe, and their Shepherd, knowing He guards and protects them, and they move forward into all God has. These Kingdom children know that God delights in their exuberance and passion and play. They know He leads them and protects them, guarding their path and enabling their joyful, playful light of life to come forth and shine – making way for those who have been crushed in spirit to return to Abba Daddy and be restored into their joy-filled, passionate purpose once again. That Men May Marvel

Shine Unafraid by Dyed4you Art

Matthew 15:31(TPT) And the crowds marveled with rapture and amazement, astounded over the things they were witnessing with their own eyes! The lame were walking, the mute were speaking, the crippled were made well, and the blind could see. For three days everyone celebrated the miracles as they exalted and praised the God of Israel!

Deep intimacy with God is guaranteed to release the depths of our anointing in the Holy Spirit. We become like Moses who soaked in God’s presence upon Mount Sinai, and whose deep intimacy caused his face to shine with the glory. Yet very much like Moses, those who reach this kind of depth with God can often struggle with stepping out into the spotlight to show the world how God has transformed them. This kind of person is what the Jewish people call a tzaddik—a righteous one. A tzaddik is quite humble yet so deep in the flow of the Spirit that they become the very extension of God. Miracles abound in their midst and the kingdom of heaven is seen upon the earth. Of course, Yeshua our Messiah, became the chief tzaddik, shining with God’s love and glory that all might see. Make Room for My Kingdom Reign

Matthew 6:9-10 (TPT) Pray like this: ‘Our Father, dwelling in the heavenly realms, may the glory of your name be the center on which our lives turn. Manifest your kingdom realm, and cause your every purpose to be fulfilled on earth, just as it is fulfilled in heaven.

Beloved, you know well the importance of intercession. You have seen the fruit that comes from taking every matter before Me so that I might move on behalf of yourself or others. Yet even now, I am calling you to a higher level. I call you to pray with a heart that is set on drawing the Kingdom of Heaven upon the earth. Pray and be open to hearing My swift response. Keys to the Kingdom

Isaiah 22:22 (NLT) I will give him the key to the house of David—the highest position in the royal court. When he opens doors, no one will be able to close them; when he closes doors, no one will be able to open them.

Beloved, walk in the manner I have instructed and you walk in My authority. Walking in My authority means unmitigated access: the keys to the Kingdom. This is a conditional promise based on your choices and actions. You are always loved, but to be fully empowered you must walk rightly.

Reflect My character. Reflect My heart. Obey My word. Shine brightly. Yield to My Spirit. Know that I AM God. Operate from a place of love and compassion rather than one of judgment or pride. Be My hands and feet to a lost and dying world. Be My love with skin on, for that is a more powerful force than you can imagine.

Spirit of the Lord

Luke 4:18 (VOICE) The Spirit of the Lord the Eternal One is on Me. Why? Because the Eternal designated Me to be His representative to the poor, to preach good news to them.

Beloved, be My voice. Open your mouth and trust Me to fill it. Allow My Spirit to flow through you, to inspire thought and action, to give vision of the unseen, and to bring prophetic revelation in My perfect timing. Trust, and yield to My flow.

As you partner with My Spirit, you will see the miraculous take place. The supernatural will become as if it were common so clear and continuous its evidence. The gifts of My Spirit alive and on display for all to see. The beauty of My glory manifest on earth and in the heavens. Choose, beloved, choose to yield and flow in Me. The Power of My Spirit

Psalm 107:35 (VOICE) Yet He transforms a dry, lonely desert into pools of living water, parched ground into lively springs.

Beloved, the power of My Spirit changes things. Nothing is impossible with Me. Deserts rush with water and the dead rise up and walk. Hearts are changed and minds renewed. My Spirit is mighty and life changing. I AM the God of the impossible. Walk in that power as My Spirit works within you.

But remember, beloved, that I don’t do the miraculous on command as though it were a parlor trick. I do it so that My hand is seen, My glory is manifest, and My power is made known. So allow My Spirit to do its work in you. Yield, operate in power, and be radically transformed by the wonder-working power of Your God.
