As it is in Heaven

“Watch and Pray” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

I remember when the Father dramatically changed the way I approached prophetic intercession. I had a friend who would often share prayer requests with me. Because I’m an intercessor, she knew I would always be willing to stop and pray. One day, she sent me a prayer request for a friend of hers. I had barely uttered a word of my prayer when the Father suddenly downloaded a lengthy vision to me. I sensed it was for her friend, so I wrote down the vision along with the revelation, which came as I wrote.  Continue reading “As it is in Heaven”

The Blessing of Fellowship

“Ekklēsia (Assembly)” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

One day as I was pondering the subject of fellowship, the Holy Spirit dropped a download into my spirit. A picture came to mind of a group of people gathered together for a potluck meal. However, I knew the dinner was symbolic of spiritual communion.

The Spirit highlighted the fact although this was one community meal, it had contributions from every individual. I was immediately reminded of how God has taught me that I can learn something from every person that I encounter, regardless of their age, social, cultural, or even religious differences.

More often than not, we are trained to look to people of power, status, and experience to be our teachers. We may find ourselves impressed by those who are eloquent speakers, professionals with titles, or individuals who walk in a heavy anointing. And while there is certainly knowledge and wisdom to be gained from these individuals, they are not the only vessels God can teach us through. If we are not careful, we can miss the voice of our Master speaking through the humblest vessels. Therefore, we must strive to keep our ears tuned to listen.

Countless times, God has fed me spiritual food through strangers on the street, a random YouTube video or television program, the uncanny insight of a child, or even wise words from someone of a different belief system than I. Yet it has required humility to receive from God in such a way. In John 10:27, Christ says that His sheep know His voice. When you are intimate with the Word of God—the voice of truth—you can discern that voice anywhere.

I think of the story of the Roman centurion in Matthew 8. This man wasn’t a Jew and could be considered an outsider by all accounts. And yet, he recognizes the truth when he sees it. He acknowledges Christ and the authority he walks in. And ultimately, his faith along with his insight about Christ’s authority impresses our Lord. And to this day, the centurion’s words are still teaching those of us who read the Scriptures. How incredible!

I believe that the true blessing of spiritual fellowship can be found when we recognize that everyone has something of value to bring to the table. The Holy Spirit can teach and speak through us all—and that includes you. Today, I sense Holy Spirit stirring us to listen for the Master’s voice wherever we go. Like children, let us be humble and open to learning, no matter the vessel God chooses to work through.

Matthew 8:11 (NIV) I say to you that many will come from the east and the west, and will take their places at the feast with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven.

Looking Up

“Infinite Possibilities” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

I admit that I have often struggled to find a balance between keeping my feet on the ground and having my head in the clouds—keeping my thoughts in the heavens that is. I always thought that “looking up” meant continuing to looking forward to Christ’s reign. Someday, Christ would return. Someday, the Kingdom would come, and the earth would be restored. All the while, the daily demands and desires of the flesh kept me miserably rooted to the earth moment by moment. How could I practically pursue heavenly things while still in the flesh? Favored One: An Appointed One for an Appointed Time

“Infinite Possibilities” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

During prayer time one day, God highlighted the name “Seth” to me, and below are revelations and the prophetic download I received as I pursued God’s heart.

Genesis 5:3 (AMP) [emphasis mine] When Adam had lived a hundred and thirty years, he became the father of a son in his own likeness, according to his image, and named him Seth.

The name of “Seth” can mean “appointed.”

Definition of Appointed: to name or assign to a position, an office, or the like; designate: to appoint a new treasurer; to appoint a judge to the bench. to determine by authority or agreement; fix; set: to appoint a time for the meeting. (Definition found at Dictionary.com)

{vision} Saw a hand reaching down from heaven and the impression was from the verse Matthew 3:17 (AMP), “And behold, a voice from heaven said, ‘This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased and delighted!’”

2 Peter 1:17 (TPT) Yes, Father God lavished upon him radiant glory and honor when his distinct voice spoke out of the realm of majestic glory, endorsing him with these words: This is my cherished Son, marked by my love. All my delight is found in him!

Dear Favored One, for such a time as this, you have been selected. You were created before the foundations of the earth to fulfill My purpose. My purpose is this: to be loved by Me and take that love to others. That is it. You are My child, created in My image. I am Love, so, therefore, you are created to reflect that love, to be that love. In order to do that, you must receive My love. You are My child, My Favored One.

So, come and crawl into My lap. I am your captive audience. I want to hear all you have to say. I want to see all that you have to show Me. Allow Me in. My desire is for you. I want to show you all My wonders. I want you to come create with Me. You were created by Me at this appointed time to be with Me. Only you can fulfill that space in My heart. Only you can partner with Me and create with Me the beautiful things that I have planned for us to do together. Only you! I love you, My child—My Favored One. I love you. {Sensing a tender, gentle voice soothing the pain and removing all doubts and unbelief, healing the broken heart and mind and removing weapons of wounding, replacing and transforming all misgivings and lies with truth and love.}

Be Renewed, Be Transformed

Transformed by the Spirit by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

2 Corinthians 5:17 (AMP) Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold, new things have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life].

All of what you were and all you are matter. Refuse shame. God has washed your sins away and every one of your experiences God will use for His glory. Your sins are gone! Receive His forgiveness, grace, and love. You are His beloved. He sent His son, Jesus, to die and live again for you that you may be whole, complete, and fulfilled in Him. Lighten Your Load

When the weight of the world comes creeping in, the thought of simply resting may seem unthinkable, if not impossible. Yet was it not our Savior who slept in a boat while a storm raged overhead (Mark 4:38)? In that light, the impossible suddenly becomes possible. Rest is always accessible through the Spirit that dwells within us—if we are willing to lighten our loads. Continue reading “Lighten Your Load”

Treasures in Heaven (Matthew 6:19-21)

This is a series of three Prophetic Nuggets from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams that are connected by scripture / theme. It is a series of three Prophetic Nuggets based on Matthew 6:19-21 (TPT):

Don’t keep hoarding for yourselves earthly treasures that can be stolen by thieves. Material wealth eventually rusts, decays, and loses its value. Instead, stockpile heavenly treasures  for yourselves that cannot be stolen and will never rust, decay, or lose their value. For your heart will always pursue what you value as your treasure.
