Unflinching Faith

Daniel 3:17 (TLV) If it is so, our God whom we serve is able to save us from the furnace of blazing fire and He will deliver us out of your hand, O king.

Beloved, refuse to allow circumstances to alter your faith. Be steadfast – strong and determined – and have unflinching faith. Stand fast like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego in the face of seemingly impossible obstacles and declare that I AM faithful regardless of circumstance.

I AM with you, I never leave you, I love you and desire good for you. Rest in Me – knowing that whether or not I choose the outcome you desire, I always choose you and My heart towards you is good. I see things you don’t see and cause all things to work together for good. Continue reading “Unflinching Faith”

I AM Worth Your Extravagant Offering

Romans 12:1 (VOICE) Brothers and sisters, in light of all I have shared with you about God’s mercies, I urge you to offer your bodies as a living and holy sacrifice to God, a sacred offering that brings Him pleasure; this is your reasonable, essential worship.

Beloved, you are a living sacrifice – beautiful and pleasing to Me. Poured out before Me and the sweet aroma of your worship is like incense before My throne. You dance among the flames of My presence, arms lifted high in reverent praise. I cannot look away for you have captivated My gaze. Behold you are beautiful My love – altogether lovely!

Your sacrifice is extravagant – a surrendered heart – and so worthy for I accept nothing less. You give your best to Me just as I give and have given My best to you. Ensconced in our love. Passionate and true. Ever burning like a jealous flame, My heart is steadfast to you. So pour it out beloved, your heart – your worship- isn’t wasted. I AM worth your extravagant offering. I AM consuming you. Continue reading “I AM Worth Your Extravagant Offering”

See Yourself Rightly

Romans 12:3 (CJB) For I am telling every single one of you, through the grace that has been given to me, not to have exaggerated ideas about your own importance. Instead, develop a sober estimate of yourself based on the standard which God has given to each of you, namely, trust.

Beloved, refuse to let pride have any hold in your life. Nor let false humility take root. Seeing yourself as less than what You were created to be does just as much disservice to Me as your Creator as allowing yourself to be puffed up. Ask Me for an accurate understanding of who you are. Then when I tell you, believe Me. Allow Me to mold your understanding of yourself – what you’re capable of, who you’ve been created to be, how I see you, and who you truly are.

You have been fearfully and wonderfully made. Allowing yourself to believe that and using that which you’ve been given to its fullest honors Me. So resist the urge to hold back – whether you’re tempted to do so for fear of failure or because others are intimidated by the greatness in you or any reason in between – think only of pleasing Me, beloved. The thoughts and concerns of man should not hold more weight than Me. Trust Me. Trust My judgment in how I have created and called you. See yourself rightly and be all I have made you to be.

Operate in Love and Be Unoffendable

Philippians 1:9 (TLV) Now this I pray, that your love might overflow still more and more in knowledge and depth of discernment,

Beloved, as you operate in love I will open your eyes and show you things you otherwise wouldn’t see. There are things you can only discern when you’re filtering through a loving gaze. Operate in love and be unoffendable. Extend much grace. Be rich in mercy. Stifle pride and your “right” to respond a particular way, and instead be like Me.

Refuse to be the wicked servant, holding a debt over someone’s head that you yourself have been forgiven. Be like Me. Respond like Me. Be patient and long suffering. Let your love continually increase. Let your heart grow more and more like Mine. Let My love be shed abroad in your heart and may it increase your discernment exponentially.  Continue reading “Operate in Love and Be Unoffendable”

Love Well

Romans 12:9 (VOICE) Love others well, and don’t hide behind a mask; love authentically. Despise evil; pursue what is good as if your life depends on it.

Beloved, resist the urge to hide who you are for you have been fearfully and wonderfully made, and you are worth knowing. The real you. Be genuine. Do not fear rejection or those who may misunderstand you, they reject and misunderstand Me as well. I know you and I accept you, may that be sufficient. May My love be sufficient. And may you reflect that love – loving like you’ll never get hurt – trusting that when you do, I will heal your heart and comfort you.

Hate that which I hate. Evil. The works of the enemy. Not people, beloved, but their unrighteous actions and sin. Love the people. Reflect My heart of grace, righteousness, and mercy. Pursue that which is good and upright. Lead by example. Let your actions speak volumes, and allow your tongue to rest. Love well.

Sober Responsibility

Romans 8:5-8 (MSG) Those who think they can do it on their own end up obsessed with measuring their own moral muscle but never get around to exercising it in real life. Those who trust God’s action in them find that God’s Spirit is in them—living and breathing God!…

Beloved, I have placed a power in you – My Spirit – that cannot be contained or controlled. And you are a vessel that I AM moving through mightily. My authority rests upon you. Move in it unapologetically. I have called you to touch My people and to bring My healing and restoration. You are My hands and feet, reflecting My heart, so that others may know Me and know Me more deeply. This is a weighty responsibility, to demonstrate My heart to those who need Me so desperately, but it is not a burden for you, it is simply a sober responsibility. But beloved, you wear it lightly, allowing Me to share that weight, and simply flowing in My spirit and it is beautiful. Thank you for allowing Me to move through you in such mighty and powerful ways.

I love you so deeply. But My love for you is not because of your yieldedness and willingness to move on My behalf, but rather simply because you are My precious child. And yet I love partnering with you to change lives. Thank you for being willing to lay yourself bare for the good of others. Walk in the fullness of all I have called you to, My blessing and My hand rest upon you.

See Me

Romans 1:20 (AMPC) For ever since the creation of the world His invisible nature and attributes, that is, His eternal power and divinity, have been made intelligible and clearly discernible in and through the things that have been made (His handiworks). So [men] are without excuse [altogether without any defense or justification],

Beloved, stop to look around you. See Me in My creation. I AM everywhere. My fingerprints surround you. Evidence of My existence. Evidence of My wisdom. Evidence of My creativity. Evidence of My design. Evidence of Me. See Me.

See Me and see My character. How I have provided for the smallest of creatures and seen to even the tiniest details. And My creation isn’t just functional, it is beautiful too. There to be appreciated and enjoyed – a feast for the senses, sumptuous, glorious, and breathtaking. It is all an extension of Me. My creation points to Me. See Me in it and know Me more.

Release Your Sound

Romans 8:26 (AMPC) So too the [Holy] Spirit comes to our aid and bears us up in our weakness; for we do not know what prayer to offer nor how to offer it worthily as we ought, but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication and pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings and groanings too deep for utterance.

Make a sound, beloved. Let it come forth from inside you – whether it be a bursting shout, a mighty roar, or a groan too deep for words. Pour it forth – whether an offering of praise or a tool of intercession – release what is stirring in your belly, for I have placed it there. Let your sound echo through the heavenlies – breaking strongholds, declaring victory, and ascribing praise.

Do not hold back. Do not let the enemy steal your voice. Do not let concerns of what man may think hinder you from doing, being, and birthing that which you are called to. Break forth! Shout in victory! Let your sound declare it to be so! And so the thing shall be established. Release it! Mighty is your sound.
