Silk: Trust Him To Make It So

Photo May 26, 11 56 36 AMGod is so fun. 🙂 Not long ago, we shared a silk letter He’d given us called Trustworthy. This silk was birthed as an expansion of the other – it extends it and adds more specificity. The silks look similar (this one is the same colors, but over-dyed with black and shimmered with copper), and the themes are similar of course – most of the Trustworthy word is included in this one. We pray it will bless you.

The name of this silk is Trust Him To Make It So. The colors in it are:

  • Dark gray representing strength
  • Fuchsia representing passion
  • Dark red representing paid for
  • Seafoam green representing mercy
  • Camel representing steadfastness
  • Cream representing sweet aroma
  • Black representing brooding of Holy Spirit
  • Copper shimmer representing fires of testing and submission to God

The scriptures that go with it are:

  • Psalm 100:5 (NLT) For the Lord is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation.
  • Numbers 23:19 (VOICE) God is not a man—He doesn’t lie. God isn’t the son of a man to want to take back what He’s said, Or say something and not follow through, or speak and not act on it.
  • Genesis 21:1 (AMP) The Lord graciously remembered and visited Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did for her as He had promised.

A “Prophetic Nugget” called “Resist the Temptation to Doubt” from our Dyed4you Ministries blog is connected to this silk.

Genesis 21:1 (VOICE) The Eternal One kept His promise

Beloved, I AM not a man that I should lie. Nor the son of man that I should repent. I AM infallible. Unchanging. Steadfast. I always keep My promises. I AM faithful from generation to generation. I AM slandered and accused, yet I remain the same: deeply in love with My people.

Resist the temptation to doubt Me when time goes long and the wait becomes agonizing. My plans and timing are for your good. Wait in patience, trusting Me. Do not make an idol of your desire to understand or demand that I explain Myself to you. Am I not God? Would you sit in judgment of My reasoning? Surely not!

You are My child. My beloved one. My heart towards you is good. Trust Me. Believe in My love, kindness, and affection for you, for when you know – truly know – there is no room to doubt My heart for you. My love for you is that great. Overwhelming. Bask in that love as you wait, knowing I AM true to My word.

Numbers 23:19 (GW) God is not like people. He tells no lies. He is not like humans. He doesn’t change his mind. When he says something, he does it. When he makes a promise, he keeps it.

A portion of an article called “The Power Of A Vision” by Kris Vallotton is connected to this silk.

Where there is no vision, the people are unrestrained, but happy is he who keeps the law – Proverbs 29:18 (NASB)

Vision is the bridge between the present and the future. Without it we perish or go “unrestrained,” as the New American Standard Bible puts it. Vision gives pain a purpose. Those without vision spend their lives taking the path of least resistance as they try to avoid discomfort. The level of sacrifice that a vision requires will determine the size of people who follow. Sacrifice separates the small from the great…

So many of us go through life not understanding the purposes of our trials. We spend our days walking a crooked path, believing that every obstacle in the road is a problem and something to be avoided.

The second part of this Proverb says, “But happy is he who keeps the Law.” The law isn’t just something God gave to Moses. It is also the restraint, boundaries and disciplines we develop around our life to direct us through obstacles instead of around them. These obstacles become baptisms of fire that forge our character so we can attain and maintain a life of greatness.

WHAT IS VISION?

Vision is what we see, but it is also the way in which we see. Vision is the lens that interprets the events of our life, the way we view people and our concept of God. If we have a scratch on our glasses, it may seem like everybody around us has scratches too, but the problem actually lies with us because our vision is impaired. Jesus said that our eyes are the windows of our heart. Paul prayed that the eyes of our heart would be enlightened. In other words, we perceive with our eyes but we see with our hearts. Our minds receive images from our eyes but our heart interprets these images. If our heart becomes bitter, jealous, hurt or in someway infected, the lens of our heart is distorted. What we perceive is happening and what is really going on could be two completely different things. Jesus said, “You will know the truth and the truth will make you free” (John 8:32). The word truth used here is not referring to the Bible itself, (although all truth is rooted in the Bible) but here the word truth means reality. Jesus is saying, you will understand what is real and that will free you. So many of us live in a virtual reality. The way we view life can feel and look real, or make perfect sense, but still not be real at all.

A “Lion Bite” called “Your Dreams” from Glasgow Prophetic Centre is connected to this silk.

The Lord is excited about your dreams, and He has been waiting with anticipation for you to grasp and lay hold of the visions and expectations that are around you.

You may feel as if your dream isn’t big enough yet and cannot see how it could bring any real change, but God reminds you that small things are only ever just the start.

Zechariah 4:10 “For who has despised the day of small things.”

The Lord says “your dream is your seed for your future harvest.”

John 12:24 “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone, but if it dies (is planted), it produces much grain”.

So clear the ground and plant that seed; tend it, let it germinate, and you will see it fully grown.

A “Prophetic Nugget” called “Hold Fast to the Vision” from our Dyed4you Ministries blog is connected to this silk.

Zechariah 4:10 (TLB) Do not despise this small beginning, for the eyes of the Lord rejoice to see the work begin…

Beloved, hold fast to the vision I have placed in your heart for it will come to pass and is in fact already here and breaking forth. See the tiny sprouts of green? That is new life bursting forth – a small beginning. Beloved, guard and protect these tender shoots and all they represent, for the enemy of your soul would love to steal, kill, or destroy it; but as you nurture and water it, it will flourish and come to its full fruition.

Resist the urge to be frustrated or impatient at the time required in growing. Remember the journey is needed preparation for what lies ahead. Stay the course. Rejoice in each victory and success no matter how small. Expectantly await the fulfillment of My promises for they will not return void. Hold fast to the vision for it will come to pass.

Habakkuk 2:2-3 (MSG) And then God answered: “Write this. Write what you see. Write it out in big block letters so that it can be read on the run. This vision-message is a witness pointing to what’s coming. It aches for the coming—it can hardly wait! And it doesn’t lie. If it seems slow in coming, wait. It’s on its way. It will come right on time.

Another Dyed4you Ministries’ Prophetic Nugget is also connected to this silk. It is called “What’s Mine is Yours.”

Luke 15:31 (ESV) And he said to him, ‘Son, you are always with me, and all that is mine is yours.

All that’s Mine is yours, and all that’s yours is Mine. Just as you surrendered all to Me when you gave Me your heart, beloved, so all I have is yours. As you align with Me and we walk in unity, there is no lack. For I AM with you. Rest in Me. Let Me lead you, guide you, and direct you. Let Me position you for blessing. Stay yielded to Me.

Move with My Spirit as we walk together, trusting Me to steer you rightly. If your heart is to hear Me and do My will, I will make sure you’re accurately understanding My instructions. Trust Me. Trust Me and obey. Position yourself for blessing. Stay in step with Me and pliable to My Spirit’s leading. Be expectant, knowing I AM a good Father who loves His children. I AM faithful.

Psalm 37:25-26 (VOICE) Through my whole life (young and old), I have never witnessed God forsaking those who do right, nor have I seen their children begging for crumbs, Because they are always giving and sharing; truly, their children are a joyful blessing.

And one final Dyed4you Ministries Prophetic Nugget is connected to this silk. It’s called “I AM Trustworthy“.

Psalm 100:5 (TPT) For the Lord is always good And ready to receive you. He’s so loving that it will amaze you, So kind that it will astound you! And He is so famous for His faithfulness toward all. Everyone knows our God can be trusted, For He keeps His promises to every generation!

Beloved, I AM faithful. From generation to generation I AM the same – steadfast and trustworthy. I keep My promises. My word does not return void. It accomplishes its purpose. For I watch over it to make certain it does, so important is My integrity to Me. I can be trusted. I AM trustworthy. I AM worthy of your confidence. I AM safe. I will always receive you. I will not turn My face from you. Take My hand and rest in My word and the truth of it.

Be like Me. Let your word be your bond. Do not give it lightly, and honor that you’ve said. Reflect Me. Reflect My character. Help the world know Me by seeing you. You are made in My image and likeness, and My Spirit resides within you – this is not too hard for you. Even the little things matter. Your integrity is exemplified by choices made when no one is looking. Walk in righteousness, beloved. Let your actions glorify Me.

It has been prayed over and anointed with the Scent of Heaven’s Multiplication Power, which is used as a symbol of coming into unity with God and those He yokes us with all for the purpose of the multiplication power. The deeper meaning of this oil reads:

The multiplication power comes when forces join (one puts a thousand to flight and two puts ten thousand – Deuteronomy 32:30) and synergy happens, creating a deep and abiding strength. A strong marriage can be an example of this: the masculine and feminine traits joining with God in their midst – a powerhouse that brings forth life.

In this anointing oil, each essential oil is a “fighter” – with living, individual power, but as they’re combined they have a synergy that brings that multiplication power. These oils are mirroring the heart behind this anointing oil – the multiplication power. Again, one bringing a thousand to flight as two brings TEN thousand. Combined energies. Synergistic power. Exponential multiplication. In this anointing oil each essential oil has its role and that role or characteristic prophetically mirrors necessary roles and traits needed in groups to bring unity and that synergy that brings deep strength.

  • Lavender blends well with most oils. This flexibility speaks to what is needed to solidify unity. Working well with others. Joining. Melding. Multiplying together.
  • Ylang ylang has sweet and tenacious characteristics. This too speaks to the heart of the unifying warrior – tenacious, persistent yet sweet, able to connect with others.
  • Cassia is often used for vascular disorders. It’s help in keeping the blood (life) moving throughout the body is a vital part of unity.
  • Blood orange is one of the oils used to address nervous tension and stress. In the same way, for unity you need those who diffuse situations and bring peace in lieu of tension.
  • Cedar has deep roots. It has a steadying factor. It also astringent and antiputrescent – combatting decay and purification. Bringing healing and cleansing to the body.
  • Roman chamomile is antibacterial, a fighter in your body – a warrior, like special forces. It is an agent that destroys that which attacks the body. It not only attacks the enemy, it’s the one who heals, promotes health, and brings harmony.
  • Oak moss is also called oak lungs or lung moss. It treats respiratory issues. In the same way, breathing life – making the way for the Breath of Life (the Holy Spirit) to be in the midst.
  • Labdanum (rose of Sharon) representing the Christ. The bond that connects us, grafting us and holding us together.

We pray it blesses you!

NOTE: If you’re wondering why I’ve shared this silk letter, I explain on my personal blog in a post called God Speaking Through Silk why I began sharing these on my personal blog. Later, I felt led to share some on the Dyed4you Ministries blog as well. So I share some here and some there (you can find the ones there in the silk words category). To find out more about the words we birth – including how they are created and what is typically included – visit our About Our Silk Letters and Art Words page.

And though I don’t post these for the purpose of selling them, I know sometimes one will just grab you and you KNOW you’re supposed to have it. If that’s the case you can check on Dyed4you Readymade to see if I have one completed already or you can see what types of products I offer and request I make you one in this style.

  1. Thank you for sharing this word and theses flags. They couldn’t have come at a greater time than now. I’m 5 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child after losing one from a miscarriage in November. While working at a church camp this weekend I went to the bathroom and was bleeding. I know He told me not to be afraid and trust Him but my flesh reared up and said how can it be okay? I went and sought members and had them pray for me and my babg. The bleeding lightened and stopped Saturday morning! This may have just been bleeding that can happen normally however I know the enemy wanted to shake my faith and trust. This trial is one I’m thankful for because it has and still is teaching me a lot. I am learning to trust Him to make it so. He is faithful. Oh so faithful.

    1. Bless you! Having been through a couple miscarriages myself, I know how hard they can be. Trusting Papa with you to bring this little one to full term! Sending hugs your way 🙂
