Breakthrough Harvest (Psalm 126)

This is a series of Prophetic Nuggets from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams that are connected by scripture / theme. It is a series of three Prophetic Nuggets based on Psalm 126:3,5-6 (VOICE):

We shook our heads. All of us were stunned— the Eternal has done remarkable things for us. We were beyond happy, beyond joyful. Those who walk the fields to sow, casting their seed in tears, will one day tread those same long rows, amazed by what’s appeared. Those who weep as they walk and plant with sighs Will return singing with joy, when they bring home the harvest.

The Place of Preparation

Seek the Light” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

We may not always expect our place of preparation to be a pit as it was for Joseph (starting in Genesis 37), but such was certainly the case for me in my walk. Something my son Jonathan said to me some time ago comes to my mind a lot. When I spoke of how God seemed to use me more than I would have expected when I was in the pit, Jonathan’s reply was,“To you, it was a pit, but to God it was a place of preparation.” Continue reading “The Place of Preparation”

As I enter the room I can see a figure banging on the wall with bare hands like they are trying to break through. Continue reading “Complete Surrender”

The Moment of Breakthrough

I have always been fascinated by God’s words to the Israelites concerning the process by which He would empower them to dispossess the promised land of the nations that were there:

But He will drive out these nations ahead of you only little by little. You won’t be able to finish them off all at once because if you did, the wild animals would reproduce rapidly in the empty land and that would be dangerous.

Breakthrough: Though it Tarries, It Tarries Not

Mighty Breaker Anointing by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

In previous posts, we’ve talked about Celebrating Each Breakthrough, and we’ve talked about Incremental Breakthroughs and Managing Our Expectations, but in the midst of all this talk about smaller breakthroughs, I don’t want us to lose sight of the fact that God also moves through big breakthroughs. Our focus on smaller breakthroughs is simply an acknowledgment that they are worth noting and celebrating, not that they are the only breakthroughs God does, for nothing is impossible with God.
