This was something I shared on both the Dyed4you and Dyed4you Art blogs, but felt it was worth sharing here as well. Last week I also re-shared How-To Receive a Prophetic Word, and on our sites we talk about the letters (prophetic words) that come with our silk and art and the fact that they are supposed to be a portion of a conversation with God, not an entire conversation in and of themselves. These prophetic pieces are intended to facilitate conversation with God, add a dimension to interactions that are hopefully already occurring, or begin conversation if none is. I Will Guide You
Isaiah 30:21 (TLB) And if you leave God’s paths and go astray, you will hear a voice behind you say, “No, this is the way; walk here.”
Beloved, you will not “accidentally” walk away from Me. I will not force you to stay, but you can’t “lose” Me. My desire for you to walk uprightly is even greater than yours, so if your heart is to walk with Me and in My ways, I will help you along that path. I will guide you with My eye, hedge the way you should not go with thorns, and gently direct you along the way. Listen for My voice, beloved, for I AM speaking to you.
So walk with confidence and assurance, knowing the God of all creation is at your side, directing and guiding you. Do not turn to the left or the right or be distracted by the things vying for your attention, stay with Me. Stay righteous. Stay true. Walk in victory.

Silk: I Am My Beloved’s
This is a fun silk because the Dyed4you Community birthed it together. I shared this image of a silk I’d created on our Dyed4you Ministries Facebook page and below are the pieces everyone shared. From that Father filled it out even more finishing out the new word for the silk called I Am My Beloved’s. Kisses of My Mouth
Song of Solomon 2:4 (AMP) “He has brought me to his banqueting place, And his banner over me is love [waving overhead to protect and comfort me].
I cover you with My love – shielding and cocooning you. Protecting, encouraging, nurturing, and restoring you with My presence and the fervency of My devotion. I nourish you with the sweetest of kisses from My mouth. Pause, beloved, and feel My love overtake you. Nothing have I withheld from you. The depths of My heart for you are incalculable so do not try to measure it, simply receive it as the gift it is. Let it be sustenance to your weary soul.
Watch for My kisses from heaven as I move in your life and the world around you. I AM leaving love notes for you everywhere, simply pay attention and find them. Notice even the most minute details I have aligned to demonstrate My love for you: whether it be in the rainbows and flowers that bring a smile, or the butterfly in a moment you needed to be reminded of beauty; the rainy nights that sooth your soul, or the vibrant sunshine that warms your heart – I AM here and I AM moving. I AM moving all around you, see Me. My heart is on display.
Do Not Lose Heart
Psalm 56:8 (VOICE) You have taken note of my journey through life, caught each of my tears in Your bottle…
Beloved, you are not unseen. I am not heartless to your cries. Every tear you shed is precious to Me. Your heart is precious to Me. I see it all, and am with you through it all. Beloved, do not lose heart. Resist the temptation to throw in the towel. Though you may not have My perspective, know that I am seeing the true impact of your tears, and they are watering your harvest.
Each tear is like a small prayer, a groan of your heart too deep for words. Do not under estimate their power. Just as a tiny seed can grow into a huge tree, so each of your small tears can have weight far beyond what their size might imply. So stay the course, fix your eyes and heart on Me, and trust that all things are working together for good.
How-To Receive a Prophetic Word
Having been in prophetic ministry for over a decade, this is a topic I am passionate about. One of the things I’ve noticed over the years is that as charismatics we share many words from God; however, we give very little context for what to DO with those words.
Some believers – often ones new to the gifts of the Spirit, but even some who aren’t – end up hurt (and even angry at God) because they got a “word” that didn’t come to pass, or they tried to make happen, etc. Most of the time, they didn’t know how to properly receive a prophetic word. Without that context, they were ripe for getting hurt, which can often lead to people feeling like God let them down (even falling away), instead of realizing their leaders have simply failed to teach them vital information. Secured in Truth
Ephesians 6:14 (AMP) So stand firm and hold your ground, having tightened the wide band of truth (personal integrity, moral courage) around your waist…
Beloved, My word is truth. Just as you cannot decide to wear “part” of a belt, it is fruitless to choose which parts of My word you will obey while discarding parts you don’t like, want, or understand. It leaves you defenseless. Choose ALL of Me. ALL of My word. My Holy Spirit will guide you in walking out that choice, but you must be the one to choose.
Everything hinges on this choice. Just as all other pieces of the armor connect to and rely on the belt, so every part of your life and walk hinges on your choice to secure yourself in truth. It is a central, foundational, core choice. Will you choose Me – My word – without exception or compromise? And if you already have, will you be steadfast in walking that choice out? For this choice takes courage and dauntlessness of heart. Choose wisely, beloved. Arm yourself well.

The name of this silk is Blessing in Your Hand. The colors in it are:
- Turquoise representing flow from heaven
- Olive green representing prosperity
- Sage representing peace
- Golden brown representing crowned in humility
Resist the Temptation to Doubt
Genesis 21:1 (VOICE) The Eternal One kept His promise
Beloved, I AM not a man that I should lie. Nor the son of man that I should repent. I AM infallible. Unchanging. Steadfast. I always keep My promises. I AM faithful from generation to generation. I AM slandered and accused, yet I remain the same: deeply in love with My people.
Resist the temptation to doubt Me when time goes long and the wait becomes agonizing. My plans and timing are for your good. Wait in patience, trusting Me. Do not make an idol of your desire to understand or demand that I explain Myself to you. Am I not God? Would you sit in judgment of My reasoning? Surely not!
You are My child. My beloved one. My heart towards you is good. Trust Me. Believe in My love, kindness, and affection for you, for when you know – truly know – there is no room to doubt My heart for you. My love for you is that great. Overwhelming. Bask in that love as you wait, knowing I AM true to My word.
Numbers 23:19 (GW) God is not like people. He tells no lies. He is not like humans. He doesn’t change his mind. When he says something, he does it. When he makes a promise, he keeps it.
Unimpeachable Promises
2 Peter 3:9 (GW) The Lord isn’t slow to do what he promised, as some people think. Rather, he is patient for your sake. He doesn’t want to destroy anyone but wants all people to have an opportunity to turn to him and change the way they think and act.
Beloved, I do not promise lightly, nor do I neglect My word once given. My promises are ALWAYS delivered on. My timing of that fulfillment is what man has struggled with since the beginning of time, and yet time and again I have demonstrated My faithfulness, that I AM completely trustworthy. Do not be tempted into a place of doubt, for in your heart of hearts you know that I AM true. My word is steadfast and sure. I AM unchanging; the same yesterday, today, and forever. I AM unimpeachable.
So beloved, wait patiently for all I have promised, knowing it WILL come to pass, knowing My timing is perfect. Know that if I seem to tarry, there is a good purpose in doing so. I love My children and am always acting on their (your) behalf as a Father who adores His children and protect them even as He blesses and rewards them. Trust Me.
