O Eternal One, You have explored my heart and know exactly who I am; You even know the small details like when I take a seat and when I stand up again. Even when I am far away, You know what I’m thinking. You observe my wanderings and my sleeping, my waking and my dreaming, and You know everything I do in more detail than even I know. You know what I’m going to say long before I say it. It is true, Eternal One, that You know everything and everyone. You have surrounded me on every side, behind me and before me, and You have placed Your hand gently on my shoulder. It is the most amazing feeling to know how deeply You know me, inside and out; the realization of it is so great that I cannot comprehend it. Can I go anywhere apart from Your Spirit? Is there anywhere I can go to escape Your watchful presence? For You shaped me, inside and out. You knitted me together in my mother’s womb long before I took my first breath. I will offer You my grateful heart, for I am Your unique creation, filled with wonder and awe. You have approached even the smallest details with excellence; Your works are wonderful; I carry this knowledge deep within my soul. You see all things; nothing about me was hidden from You As I took shape in secret, carefully crafted in the heart of the earth before I was born from its womb. You see all things; You saw me growing, changing in my mother’s womb; Every detail of my life was already written in Your book; You established the length of my life before I ever tasted the sweetness of it. Your thoughts and plans are treasures to me, O God! I cherish each and every one of them! How grand in scope! How many in number! If I could count each one of them, they would be more than all the grains of sand on earth. Their number is inconceivable! Even when I wake up, I am still near to You.

Pursue God’s Fullness

John 1:16 (NASB)  For of His fullness we have all received, and grace upon grace.

Refuse to be self-absorbed or empty. Pursue God’s fullness not empty things or people for this fulfillment, and you will never be empty. In order to pour out His true love, a person must be full of God’s love. Receive His fullness, for in God we lack nothing. Pray for loved ones who may be experiencing lack and who are in need of hope and fullness of God’s supernatural love.

Covenantal Love

God the Father entered into an eternal covenant with His son before the creation of the world. God chose blood covenants (the ultimate and final one being Christ’s sacrifice on the cross) as a way to both relate to us and reveal more of Himself to us. God designed the terms of blood covenant to demonstrate His airtight, immovable faithfulness and love toward us. God shares His heart and plan for us to be restored to relationship with Him. He is a God who loves to reveal more of Himself into our hearts and understanding. He desires for us to know Him more closely. He wants us to know Him intimately. God desired that we would know Him and understand more about His deep and abiding love for us, gaining insight into just how serious He is about being faithful to us.  Continue reading “Covenantal Love”

For that will reveal your identity as children of your heavenly Father. He is kind to all by bringing the sunrise to warm and rainfall to refresh whether a person does what is good or evil. What reward do you deserve if you only love the loveable? Don’t even the tax collectors do that? How are you any different from others if you limit your kindness only to your friends? Ephesians 5:8-9 (TPT) Once your life was full of sin’s darkness, but now you have the very light of our Lord shining through you because of your union with him. Your mission is to live as children flooded with his revelation-light! And the supernatural fruits of his light will be seen in you—goodness, righteousness, and truth. But you are a chosen people, set aside to be a royal order of priests, a holy nation, God’s own; so that you may proclaim the wondrous acts of the One who called you out of inky darkness into shimmering light.
