Be Saturated

Isaiah 58:11 (VOICE) The Eternal One will never leave you; He will lead you in the way that you should go. When you feel dried up and worthless, God will nourish you and give you strength. And you will grow like a garden lovingly tended; you will be like a spring whose water never runs out.

Beloved, let My love wash over you and soothe the broken, dry places. Be saturated in My presence – no longer dry and brittle, but supple and flexible. I AM the potter and you are the clay. When clay becomes dry and difficult to work with, water makes it pliable and easy to mold. 

So be saturated by My Spirit. Become fully yielded in My hands. In the same way dried clay can be broken, but supple, wet clay simply adapts and changes shape, so I have created you to flourish regardless of what comes your way. Drown in My Depths

Psalm 42:7 (VOICE) In the roar of Your waterfalls, ancient depths surge, calling out to the deep. All Your waves break over me; am I drowning? 

Beloved, is there such a thing as too much of My love? Come drown in My depths. Be lulled in the flow of My Spirit. Be invigorated – My breath like bubbles against your skin. I AM El Shammah – the God who is present, and I AM always with you. 

Press into Me and seek out the deep mysteries, for I will not withhold wisdom from those who ask. Be drawn deeper still, for there is no end to Me. Revelation upon revelation. Mercy beyond mercy. El Chai (the Living God)

Zechariah 10:1 (VOICE) Pray to the Eternal, asking for rain in the spring; He is the One bringing the storm clouds. He fills them with heavy rain, showers of rain for the plants of the field for everyone.

Beloved, pray for rain. Pray for Me to swing wide the floodgates of heaven and saturate My people and all the earth. I AM the One who brings refreshing in the dry, desert seasons. I AM El Chai, the Living God, and I bring life and bring it in abundance. 

In My great mercy, I pour out My rain on all – the righteous and the unrighteous. I will not withhold My life-giving flow, nor deny anyone the opportunity to grow. Be sure to use wisely the blessing that I give that increase can be given all the more.  Continue reading “El Chai (the Living God)”

Fiery Baptism of My Love

Matthew 3:11 (GW) I baptize you with water so that you will change the way you think and act. But the one who comes after me is more powerful than I. I am not worthy to remove his sandals. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

Beloved, be baptized in My Spirit and My love’s refining fire. You cannot encounter the living God and walk away unchanged. By My breath the dead are raised. By My Spirit you speak in unknown tongues. By My fire you are purified. 

Be immersed in My powerful presence and be set free. Embrace My wonderworking touch and be strengthened and renewed. I AM the one who brings life, and brings it in abundance. Look to Me, and receive the fiery baptism of My love.

Pour Out What Has Been Poured In 

Ezekiel 47:12 (VOICE) All kinds of trees will flourish along both sides of the river. Their leaves won’t wither, and their fruit won’t fail. Every month they will bear a fresh crop of fruit because they are nourished from the water that flows from the temple sanctuary. Their fruit will be for food, and their leaves will be for healing…

Beloved, stay close to the river. Stay close to My healing flow. Rest in My Spirit. I bring healing and wholeness. Flourish as you abide in Me. Be intentional to hover close. Hold Me tightly in your heart and carrying Me with you everywhere. As you know, I’m not a genie in a bottle to pull out when you need a favor. I AM God. 

I move in love. I respond in compassion. And as I bestow that love and compassion on you, and as you thrive in My presence, be prepared, beloved, to pour out what has been poured in. Be moved with compassion on those around you and minister to them too that they might prosper as well.

Yield to the Life-Changing Flow

Ephesians 5:26 (VOICE) …He gave Himself up completely to make her His own, washing her clean of all her impurity with water and the powerful presence of His word.

Beloved, allow My Word to wash over you. Take the time to soak in it. Meditate and saturate. Be washed clean, refreshed, and renewed. Allow it to hydrate and soften you, let it remove and restructure areas that are dry and brittle. 

And in the same way water refuses to be held back – managing to find cracks and crevices, and then over time changing the shape of even the hardest surfaces, yield to the life-changing flow and be transformed.

The path felt so dry and weary. Day after day of battling old thought patterns, feelings of hopelessness, unbelief and grief over dead dreams. Pushing forward trying to dream again but failing to stir up joy, to fan the flame. Seeking the face of God and His comfort. Clinging to His truths while struggling to overcome the embedded lies. Isaiah 44:3 (NKJV) For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, And floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, And My blessing on your offspring;

Beloved, thirst for Me, for I will not leave you parched. I delight to saturate you with My Spirit – to flood you to overflowing that you might bless others in the overflow. Pour out without reserve knowing I AM faithful to pour in. Allow My Holy Spirit to bring forth abundant life, with beauty blooming forth even in the desert and the dry season.

For I give the only water that truly satisfies. Seek Me, beloved. Yield to My Spirit. Allow each facet to manifest in splendor in your life: My Spirit, Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Might, Knowledge, and a reverential fear of Me. Flourish

Psalm 18:2 (TPT) You’re as real to me as bedrock beneath my feet, like a castle on a cliff, my forever firm fortress, my mountain of hiding, my pathway of escape, my tower of rescue where none can reach me. My secret strength and shield around me, you are salvation’s ray of brightness shining on the hillside, always the champion of my cause.

Beloved, I AM your firm foundation, your covering and protector, the One who nourishes your soul. Abide in Me. Rest in Me. Like a tree planted by rivers of living water, I will refresh you and give you life abundantly as you tarry with Me. May your roots go deep.

Trust that My covering will protect you from the harshness of your environment, and know that My Son’s rays will warm you and coax forth life. I declare that you will flourish, and My word will never return void, it accomplishes all it sets out to do. Flourish, beloved. Covered in My love and watered by My Spirit, flourish.

Lose Yourself in the Ocean of My Love

Isaiah 43:2 (TLB) When you go through deep waters and great trouble, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown! When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up—the flames will not consume you.

Beloved, regardless of the trials you face, I AM always with you and will never leave you. The waters that feel as though they might drown you cannot rend you from My grip. Release yourself to Me and allow the water of My Spirit to saturate you with the depths of My love.

Focus on My heart for you. Refuse to be distracted by the troubles and worries on every side for My love is larger than, grander than, bigger than anything else. Let it fill you and overwhelm you. As you’re lost in the ocean of My love everything else will pale in comparison. Allow the magnitude of all I AM to right-size everything else for, beloved, everything is small when compared to the vastness of Me. There is nothing to fear. You will not drown nor will flames overtake you, only the beauty of My love will overwhelm you, and that is a safe place to rest.
