Silk: His Abiding Presence

This silk combination was the inspiration behind what we’re calling the “multi-silk words,” which are silk letters that encompass more than one silk so they include the individual letters as well as a combined word and new name for the combined use. This concept came about when I created a couple pairs of double layer flags and had to consider how the silk letter should be formatted. Since then the idea has extended into mismatched pairs of flags (another multi-silk word for Eyes Wide Open will be getting shared shortly) and silks where multiple silk styles might be combined like a quilt or even a custom tallit.

With all that said, I hope this word and the silk ministry in the video at the bottom bless you. This  tangible reminder of the abiding presence of God has been powerful for me and I pray it is for you as well!

But you do not need to have plumbed the depths of all I AM to know I AM for you. I AM faithful to the last. I AM holy and righteous, fair and just, and I love you with an everlasting love. I AM steadfast and unchanging. I AM on your side. All I AM is a God who desperately loves you and longs for relationship with you and to see you prosper.

My cry throughout time (and recorded in scripture) is simply that I would be your God and you would be My people. My heart has not changed. Will not change. Love Me and choose Me, day after day, moment after moment, beloved, just as I choose you.

For behold My presence protects and guards you. You don’t have to worry who has you covered because the answer is Me. It is I who will defend you. Do not step into My path to try to “help” for in doing so you are simply taking matters into your own hands. The things that concern you, concern Me. Isaiah 54:17 (VOICE) But no instrument forged against you will be allowed to hurt you, and no voice raised to condemn you will successfully prosecute you. It’s that simple; this is how it will be for the servants of the Eternal; I will vindicate them.

2 Kings 6:16-17 (VOICE) Elisha: Have no fear. We have more on our side than they do. {praying} O Eternal One, I ask You to allow my servant to see heavenly realities. The Eternal awakened Elisha’s servant so that he could see. This is what he saw: the mountain was covered with horses and chariots of fire surrounding Elisha.

This has been prayed over and anointed with the Scent of Heaven’s His Presence. People often want to come into the Lord’s presence without repentance. But the Lord is calling us to holiness. We are to establish His presence wherever we go – mark His territory – but we cannot do this if we have not repented and do not reflect His holiness. We must come before Him with clean hands and a clean heart. The scripture that goes with this is from Acts 3:19: “Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.”

The name of this silk is Fire by Night. The colors in it are:

• Yellow representing casting out darkness
• Orange representing Holy Spirit fire
• Amber representing fiery presence of God
• Harvest orange representing intrinsic passion (Merriam-Webster definition for intrinsic “belonging to the essential nature of a thing : occurring as a natural part of something”)
• Dark red representing intense warfare
• Gold shimmer representing glory

I go before you, beloved. I make your way clear. There is no strain on you to lead, simply follow me as I mark the path. I bring shade to you by day and light to you by night. Stay in step with Me. Do not move without My presence. If the sun burns too brightly or the night looms too dark, you will know you’ve wandered from Me. I’ve made it so you can feel the difference; just pause and let yourself feel it.

I want you to follow My lead, beloved, so I’ve made doing so as easy as possible. Don’t overthink it or try to complicate matters by second guessing yourself and whether you’re accurately hearing Me or sensing Me; I will let you know if you move off course when your heart is to follow. So rest and trust Me.

Beloved, I AM indeed a consuming fire. The fire of My presence is refining you like flames with gold and dross. I AM ever purifying and testing you that you might be made more radiant and beautiful – reflecting My glory more and more clearly. Submit to the process, worship Me in the midst, and trust yourself in My hands knowing I always operate for the good of those who love Me and are called according to My purpose.

As you surrender to My blaze, it also acts as a protection for you, for the enemy has no desire to draw near My scorching flames. In yielding and trusting, you further surrender your protection and wellbeing to Me, and I will not let you down.
