Enjoy the Dance

“Dance with Me” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

{dream} I was dancing in the arms of my Beloved. There was such joy and peace as we swayed back and forth to the music and focused on our love for one another. At some point, the thought came to me that, in real life, I didn’t know how to slow dance.

Suddenly, that concern about not being able to dance caused my feet to stumble as we danced. My feet felt like they were getting all tangled. And yet, the Beloved kept leading us in the dance as if nothing were wrong! I didn’t stumble or fall over, and our dance seemed as beautiful as before. So I just focused on the music and our love for one another.

Now and then, my thoughts would slip, and I would worry about my steps and stumble. But as soon as I remembered where my focus should be, my feet righted themselves. Eventually, I realized my steps didn’t matter, and that worrying about them only detracted from enjoying the dance with my Beloved.

Worth Fighting For

Whisper His Name” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

{hearing} I will move heaven and earth for you.

You may be battle-weary, beloved, and that’s because it’s time to rest. You’ve done your part, now it’s time for Papa God to do His! As you rest, the Father wants you to focus on His great love for you. There isn’t anything He wouldn’t do for you! Keep His love at the forefront of your mind when doubts arise. You may question whether God is for you or whether you are worth fighting for. But love always protects, and love never fails. Continue reading “Worth Fighting For”

Tune Into His Voice

Listen to the Sound” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

{vision} Holy Spirit is bringing to mind a graphic I worked on for social media. It was a picture of a man with his eyes closed and a peaceful expression on his face. He was listening. I overlaid the photo of sound waves to represent someone who was listening with their spiritual ears, listening for the frequency of the Father’s heart.

God speaks in so many ways. When we really stop to think about it, His voice is resonating in all of creation. In the beginning, He spoke creation into existence, and every particle conformed to His will. To this day, those particles still resonate with God’s initial commands.  Continue reading “Tune Into His Voice”

Making a Place for God

Humble Ascension” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

There is a Jewish teaching that speaks of how, in the beginning, God filled all things. In order to begin the process of creation, He had to “contract” Himself to make space for the universe. This is why one of God’s names is “Ha-Makom” or “The Place,” as God is the place of all creation. This concept has always made me think of how women “make space” within themselves for the conception and growth of new life. Continue reading “Making a Place for God”

I Am Present In Every Season

“The Winding Road” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

Jeremiah 29:13 (NASB) And you will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.

Beloved, I am present in every season of your life and fully involved in every situation you walk through. While My dwelling presence may seem more evident during times of peace and plenty, I assure you that I am with you just the same in hardship. I am faithful and have promised to never leave your side. Seek God’s Hidden Hand

Held in the Everlasting Arms” by Meghan Williams, Dyed4you Art

Just before Purim this spring, God reminded me of the importance of looking for His “hidden hand” in our lives. In the whole book of Esther, God isn’t mentioned. There’s also no record of God speaking directly to His people or prophets. However, this doesn’t mean that He wasn’t present, moving, and speaking throughout the events that transpired. In fact, we can see how God strategically moved through different individuals to protect His people from genocide. Continue reading “Seek God’s Hidden Hand”

Blossom in the Light of My Countenance

“In His Marvelous Light” by Meghan Williams, Dyed4you Art

Beloved, just as flowers flourish in the light of the sun, you were created to blossom in the light of My countenance. When My face is turned towards you, My blessing, favor, and honor abound towards you. Indeed, I designed your very being to respond to and flourish in My Presence. Just as creation responded to My voice in the beginning, so the potential I’ve placed within you naturally springs forth in response to My Light. Where Does Our Help Come From?

Whom Shall I Fear” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

One day, I was meditating on how rest can be a powerful weapon in the spiritual realm, and Isaiah 30:15 came to mind, “For this is what Adonai Elohim, the Holy One of Isra’el, says: “Returning and resting is what will save you; calmness and confidence will make you strong —but you want none of this!” I often hear people quoting another translation of this Scripture, “in quietness and confidence is your strength.” While these words are a needed reminder, I couldn’t help but be drawn to the last part of that verse—God’s people resisted the call to return (repent) and rest. The Weapon of Rest

“Faithful Victory” – by Meghan Williams, Dyed4you Art

Beloved, the weapons of war I have given you are mighty and unlike anything of this world. I call you this day to take another look in your arsenal for a weapon that is often overlooked and undervalued—the weapon of rest. Yes, there are times when you need to exercise your faith in an active, forceful manner. However, there are some wars that can only be won through quietness and confidence, the times when I call you to simply rest and trust in My Word. Continue reading “The Weapon of Rest”

As it is in Heaven

“Watch and Pray” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

I remember when the Father dramatically changed the way I approached prophetic intercession. I had a friend who would often share prayer requests with me. Because I’m an intercessor, she knew I would always be willing to stop and pray. One day, she sent me a prayer request for a friend of hers. I had barely uttered a word of my prayer when the Father suddenly downloaded a lengthy vision to me. I sensed it was for her friend, so I wrote down the vision along with the revelation, which came as I wrote.  Continue reading “As it is in Heaven”
