Be Infectious

Romans 6:1-2 (NLV)  What does this mean? Are we to keep on sinning so that God will give us more of His loving-favor? No, not at all! We are dead to sin. How then can we keep on living in sin?

Peer pressure in today’s society is definitely a very sad reality. So often people excuse their choices by using “in today’s day” it’s just different, or they simply abuse God’s grace and mercy… Is that what scripture says to do? Surely not! Continue reading “Be Infectious”

King of Kings

I am the King of Kings and Lord of lords. My Name is above every other name on this Earth. Each country bears my divine creative mark. Each tribe of people on the earth; uniquely made for a plan and purpose.

All interwoven for a beautiful masterpiece, created to bring Me – the King of Kings – all glory.  Continue reading “King of Kings”

Exult in Me Throughout the Nations

Romans 5:2 (NASB) …and we exult in hope of the glory of God.

Beloved, find exuberant joy in hope – the hope of Me and of My glory. Exult in Me throughout the nations. May your praise abound in all the earth. For I AM worthy of all honor and praise, so let your hope rest in Me.

Glory in the peace that hope in Me brings. Allow that confident assurance to shine forth in your countenance that those who see you might see and ask about about the foundation of your hope. This way your hope in Me isn’t simply your own bedrock, but also a beacon to all. Continue reading “Exult in Me Throughout the Nations”

Believe in Me

Romans 10:10 (VOICE) Belief begins in the heart and leads to a life that’s right with God; confession departs from our lips and brings eternal salvation.

Beloved, look deep in your heart and find My presence there. I AM always with you, and happy to guide you. You have only to seek, only to ask. I AM here. Believe in Me. Put your trust in Me.

Regardless of what the world says, determine what you will say. What will the confession of your faith be? Will your words and your walk bring credence to your confession of faith? Or will they belie it? Beloved, believe in Me. Then walk and speak as one who does.  Continue reading “Believe in Me”

Yield to My Love

Romans 8:1, 2 (TPT) So now the case is closed. There remains no accusing voice of condemnation against those who are joined in life-union with Jesus, the Anointed One. For the “law” of the Spirit of life flowing through the anointing of Jesus has liberated us from the “law” of sin and death.

Beloved, be vigilant in keeping the door closed to condemnation. Resist even the seemingly small thoughts that are not aligned with My thoughts towards you, those that would cause you to wear the old garb of guilt and shame. The price has been fully paid for your redemption. By the blood of the Lamb, you are forgiven and the way has been made for you to walk in freedom and deliverance. Sweet Essence of Joy

Romans 15:13 (VOICE) I pray that God, the source of all hope, will infuse your lives with an abundance of joy and peace in the midst of your faith so that your hope will overflow through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Beloved, just as you would use an extract to infuse a baked good with flavor, so you should allow the sweet essence of joy to infuse your life. Let its pleasant and pervasive flavor penetrate every aspect of your world. Allow it to color how you see and respond – let it guide your choices and actions.

Just as when baked goods are shared with others that they are blessed by the sweet flavors, so your life and outlook will bless those around you. You will bring sweet joy to their lives and stir up hope for their own. So surrender to joy, beloved, and watch how it changes not only you, but the world around you.

Rest in Joy

Romans 12:12 (VOICE) Do not forget to rejoice, for hope is always just around the corner. Hold up through the hard times that are coming, and devote yourselves to prayer.

Beloved, choose to rest in joy. There is always something for which to have gratitude. At all times and through every experience, you can choose to maintain a state of joyous appreciation for My goodness to you. Joy is a choice.

So choose to rest in joy even as you persist in prayer – trusting Me to move rightly, for I AM good. Your concerns are important to Me and never out of My thoughts. I never treat your heart lightly, beloved. So resist the urge to indulge in worry, and rather choose to be steadfast in joyful gratitude.

Avoid Fruitless Arguments

Romans 12:18 (GW) As much as it is possible, live in peace with everyone.

Beloved, refuse to be drawn into fruitless arguments. They achieve no purpose but to create division and disunity. There will be moments to make a stand, but most moments are more fruitful when handled with humility and grace.

Love changes a heart far more effectively than the strongest argument, and it does so with peace. So first and foremost, interact with others from a place of love. In humility, seek to hear their hearts and respond with grace. Create an atmosphere of harmony, and from that base of relationship, deeper conversation can take place.

Hope as You Wait

Romans 12:12 (VOICE) Do not forget to rejoice, for hope is always just around the corner. Hold up through the hard times that are coming, and devote yourselves to prayer.

Beloved, hope as you wait. Stay in a place of joyous expectation because you know who I AM and you know My character. You trust Me. You choose to trust Me.

Share your heart with Me in prayer. And remember to cast your cares on Me, for I AM fully willing and able to carry it all. So stir up your hope, and wait in joyous peace knowing the God you serve is completely faithful.
