Types of Personal Prophetic Words

We’ve shared posts that go into What is a Prophetic Word? and How-To Receive a Prophetic Word as well as a wide variety of other topics on the prophetic, but I realized some further descriptors about the types of Personal Prophetic Words people receive would be helpful. So consider this a how-to assess what type of Personal Prophetic Word something is.

In addition, I want to address the level of caution that should be taken when receiving these various types of words. Barren No More

I am awakened by the sound of the wind. How I got to the wilderness I don’t know, but I am keenly aware of the ground beneath me. It’s dry and cracked with no life at all. I lift my eyes to look around and all I see is dry, barren, cracked ground. The wind sends the dust from the ground to and fro. I was still healing from a broken sense of identity at that time, so I was certain that an encounter with Him would “put me in my place.” Certainly, the presence of the flawless Eternal One would only confirm the sense of unworthiness I felt on the inside. Silk: Releaser of Hope

Though this is a silk word, so far I have only made it in a Dyed4you flute. A beautiful one in Poplar with a Spalted Mango bird crafted by Mike Whallon of Grey Wolf Flutes and then dyed and finished by us 5th Temple Drone (keys of B/E).  This word was inspired by the word I received from Amy Rylander called Lighthouse of Hope – more on that coming soon on MeghanW.com.
