The Power of Praise

Altar of Praise” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

Psalms 47:1, 7 Clap your hands, all you peoples; shout to God with loud songs of joy…Sing praise and understand.

As I was pondering how praising God fits with a lesson on atonement, it occurred to me that praise really is a vehicle for feeling that sense of oneness with God. I don’t know if it’s the same for you, but I generally feel my deepest sense of connection to the Holy Spirit through singing songs of praise and worship. It gets me out of my head and into my heart. Consecrated to God

Refreshing Worship” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

Romans 12:1 (AMP) Therefore I urge you, brothers and sisters, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies [dedicating all of yourselves, set apart] as a living sacrifice, holy and well-pleasing to God, which is your rational (logical, intelligent) act of worship.

{vision} I saw a woman waving her arms up and down in worship. Her eyes were closed, and I could sense she was fully enraptured and focused on God. I got the sense that as the motion of her arms was meant to symbolize the rising of incense, I could sense her soul ascending in some way and recognizing its oneness with God. The Anointing of God

“Anointed Songbird” by Meghan Williams, Dyed4you Art

There are moments when the psalmist plays, the songbird sings, they move and have their being in the secret place of the Most High God. His anointing fills them with His music and words to impart to His people. One only becomes aware of His awesome presence as it fills the room.

Sing unto Him a song of praise, sing unto Him a song of victory, sing an anthem of your great love for Him, we exalt the Lord. Continue reading “The Anointing of God”

He Makes the Darkness Tremble

by Jessica Smith Art

Below is a journal entry I wrote a few years ago after a great victory against demonic attack…

Darkness parts like the Red Sea before the name of Jesus. His name sung in praise is like a sword of piercing light that severs the darkness before us. The power of that name lays flat every principality that stands in our way.

I keep having this same vision of me singing the name of Jesus against the enemy of my soul. I’m standing in the midst of thick demonic darkness. It’s surrounding me, blocking my way, suffocating me, pressing me on every side… trying to destroy me. This darkness is the poison of fear, anxiety, demonic manifestation, spirits of witchcraft, and death. And in this vision, I stand against it with one weapon… the weapon of the name of Jesus.

As I stand there with that darkness surrounding me I sing the name of Jesus. I take my eyes off the enemy, off what he’s doing against my life, off the threats of death, off the scary faces of doom and gloom, and I put my eyes on Jesus, and I sing that name. Then the song “Tremble” comes out, and I sing that song in my own way. “Jesus, Jesus, you make the darkness tremble. Jesus, Jesus, you part the darkened sea. Jesus, Jesus, you make the darkness tremble. Jesus, Jesus, you come and rescue me.”

And as I sing, I see what happens as I sing… I see Jesus fight my battle. I see Jesus standing before me with lightning flashing from His wounded hands. Resurrection power destroying every demon and all the darkness that had been pressing in on me, tormenting me, it begins to tremble and shake until it completely disperses in terror of my God.

Painted Silk: Glory of the Throne Room

In an earlier post, we shared the letter for a silk called “Glory of the Throne Room.” Today, we’re following up to share an extension of that letter for the painted version of this silk. We also have a fun testimony about this silk that you can find on our Dyed4you blog called “Weighty Awe (Painted Glory Wings).”

Painted Silk: Glory of the Throne Room

Your silk has had a prophetic painting added to it. The detailed meaning behind it is below, but, in summary, it has been prophetically painted to reflect a portion from the heavenly throne room of God, as described in Revelation 4. The painted portion includes dark clouds and the glory emanating from the throne, the four-winged creatures flying around the throne, and the seven lampstands blazing with fire, releasing the Hebrew words “Holy, Holy, Holy” as spoken by the creatures. The 24 elders and their 24 thrones are not in this painted portion. The paint colors on your silk are:

  • Glorious light colors representing blessing of God’s presence
  • Clouds surrounding the throne representing cloud of His presence
  • Iridescent creature colors representing holiness of God / He is worthy of our praise
  • Fire colors representing flame on the altar praise / flame of His presence
  • Lettering colors representing royalty and beauty of Lord

The scriptures that go with this are:

  • Revelation 4 (AMP) After this I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven! And the first voice which I had heard, like the sound of a [war] trumpet speaking with me, said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after these things.” At once I was in [special communication with] the Spirit; and behold, a throne stood in heaven, with One seated on the throne. And He who sat there appeared like [the crystalline sparkle of] a jasper stone and [the fiery redness of] a sardius stone, and encircling the throne there was a rainbow that looked like [the color of an] emerald. Twenty-four [other] thrones surrounded the throne; and seated on these thrones were twenty-four elders dressed in white clothing, with crowns of gold on their heads. From the throne came flashes of lightning and [rumbling] sounds and peals of thunder. Seven lamps of fire were burning in front of the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God; and in front of the throne there was something like a sea or large expanse of glass, like [the clearest] crystal. In the center and around the throne were four living creatures who were full of eyes in front and behind [seeing everything and knowing everything that is around them]. The first living creature was like a lion, the second creature like a calf (ox), the third creature had the face of a man, and the fourth creature was like a flying eagle. And the four living creatures, each one of them having six wings, are full of eyes all over and within [underneath their wings]; and day and night they never stop saying, “ Holy, holy, holy [is the] Lord God, the Almighty [the Omnipotent, the Ruler of all], who was and who is and who is to come [the unchanging, eternal God].” Whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanksgiving to Him who sits on the throne, to Him who lives forever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne, and they worship Him who lives forever and ever; and they throw down their crowns before the throne, saying, “Worthy are You, our Lord and God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they exist, and were created and brought into being.”
  • Isaiah 6:1-3 (AMP) In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw [in a vision] the Lord sitting on a throne, high and exalted, with the train of His royal robe filling the [most holy part of the] temple. Above Him seraphim (heavenly beings) stood; each one had six wings: with two wings he covered his face, with two wings he covered his feet, and with two wings he flew. And one called out to another, saying, “Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord of hosts; The whole earth is filled with His glory.”

This silk started in the early morning quiet time alone with God. There is such a strong sense of reverence – you could almost feel the weight of it – with this silk and the image that was being birthed to go on it. Just understanding the Hebrew for holy and reading Isaiah 6:3 makes one want to bow down in reverence and honor to this Supreme and Holy God of ours!! This piece is intended to be a very spiritually weighty silk, which allows people to sense and feel the glory and holiness of God. Like the seraphim, we can utter the most truthful adoration and high praise to Him as we are now in His presence – Holy, Holy, Holy!

As this silk was painted, Jon Thurlow’s “A Storm All Around You” was being played because it is connected to this (it can be heard on YouTube at: https://youtu.be/z1sH196sEXc). The song reminds us of the very real picture Revelation 4 gives us of the throne room – with the creatures and the lightning, and the instinctual cry everyone has to the Lord’s presence, which is to call out “HOLY!” How can we help but be filled with reverential awe for our King? May we see and know He is God.

A Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “Attentive for Eternity.

Psalm 121:4 (TPT) He will never slumber nor sleep; he is the Guardian-God for his people, Israel.

Beloved, I AM awake day and night. Alert. Not one thing escapes My notice. I hear each prayer and petition, each offering on the altar of praise – day and night, night and day. I do not grow weary of My children, nor do I grow callus to your pleas. You are My heart’s desire, and I’m attentive for eternity.

Refuse to let your flame grow dim, or to let your passion cool. My love for you is steadfast and ardent, unshakable and true. So as you lift your hands in worship and sing your words of praise, know I receive your sweet offerings – and will do so all My days.

Leviticus 6:13 (VOICE) The fire on the altar must burn continually; it must not be allowed to go out.

A prophetic download from Becky Eddy is connected to this. It’s called “Experience the Throne Room.

Beloved, look toward the heavens and hear the distant rumble of thunder. Be drawn toward the ever-increasing rolling rumble, punctuated by the staccato of lightning flashes. The thunder is like the surrounding voice of many waters, sounding as deep as the sea and coming from everywhere all at once.

Be ushered into My presence where you witness the most glorious of scenes: My throne room, full of light and glory, full of magnificence, overflowing with sound and activity. Be swept into My presence and fall before Me under the weight of My glory. The thunder grows and erupts into a loud crescendo as the heavenly creatures circle My throne, continually crying, “Holy, holy, holy, Lord God, the Almighty, who was, who is, and who is coming.”

Join your voice with the four living creatures giving thanks, adoration, and praise, while the 24 elders bow face down in worship to Me, overwhelmed by the glory of My presence. What a magnificent sight unfolds before your eyes: whenever the creatures give glory, honor, and thanks to the One seated on the throne, the One who lives forever and ever, the 24 elders who are seated on 24 thrones around My throne, fall down before Me in heavenly worship. They cast their crowns before Me and cry, “Our Lord and God, You are worthy to receive glory and honor and power, because You have created all things and because of You will they exist and were created.”

I invite you to let your heart and your spirit soar to this new height. Lift your voice in unbridled praise and worship of the One who sits on the throne, the One who loves you with an everlasting love, the One who never ends! Let your heart be set ablaze with fresh adoration and praise of Me. Even as I provided fire from heaven for the altar of sacrifices in days of old, I have provided the fire in your heart that kindles your first love for Me.

I charged Aaron, the Levite priest, to keep the fire on the altar burning and never let it go out. He was to get up daily and add wood to the fire that I had first provided. He tended to it first thing in the morning, making sure the fresh wood was added and the fire stoked so it would not go out. Daily he spent time in My presence tending My fire. The fire I provided on the altar was not made by man, but came directly from Me. It is a type and shadow of the invitation that awaits you daily—to come and tend the fire of your love for me. It speaks of relationship: I provided that first fire of pure love to your heart, just as I provided the holy fire for the altar with Aaron.

Beloved, come and spend time with Me. Experience My very tangible fire of love for you as you come daily into My presence. It is not an invitation to partake of lifeless form and legality, but rather an invitation to immerse yourself in Me and the true life of the spirit I offer you. These lapping tongues of fire are to freshly burn in you.  It is a blessing to you and not a drudgery. It is not a heavy legal obligation, but it is a joy and the source of freshly flowing life for you.

This time spent with Me is not only revitalizing, refreshing, and essential to your well being, but you will learn My heart for you in ways that cannot be duplicated through any other means. I am wholly for you and love to spend time with you, My beloved. Don’t hesitate to come before Me. I know and love everything about you. There is nothing in your past, present, or future that I am not aware of. I long to spend time with you and share My heart with you. There is no shame in My presence, only My great depth of love for you that burns within Me. Come and stoke the fire I first set ablaze for you and in you.

Leviticus 6:13 (AMP) — The fire shall be burning continually on the altar; it shall not [be allowed] to go out.

Isaiah 6:1 (AMP) — In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw [in a vision] the Lord sitting on a throne, high and exalted, with the train of His royal robe filling [the most holy part of the] temple.

Revelation 4:1,2 (TPT) — Then suddenly, after I wrote down these messages, I saw a heavenly portal open before me, and the same trumpet-voice I heard speaking with me at the beginning broke the silence and said, “Ascend into this realm! I want to reveal to you what must happen after this.” Instantly I was taken into the spirit realm, and behold—I saw a heavenly throne set in place and someone seated upon it.

A prophetic download from Becky Eddy is connected to this. It’s called “Only God’s Fire.

In scripture, God clearly lays out the detailed instructions to be followed in the ways of worship, offerings and sacrifices for Aaron the High Priest. Sacrifices and offerings were consumed by that holy fire. This pure and holy fire was to be the only source of acceptable fire before Him.

He charged the priests to never let the fire on the altar go out. His desire was to have constant and intentional worship. They were to be diligent in tending to the fire, stirring it up and adding wood to the flames every morning and leaving the sacrifice in the hearth on the altar all night (Leviticus 6:9).

And Aaron was to teach his four sons all that he had been instructed, including preparation of themselves to go before the Lord, preparation of the sacrifices and offerings, as well as the importance of keeping the original fire continually burning on the altar, never letting it go out. His sons knew what the Lord had required in regard to sacrifices and offerings and how to carry out these deliberate and extensive instructions.

But two of Aaron’s sons, Adab and Abihu, didn’t rely on stirring up and tending the fire that had been entrusted to them. Instead, they brought “strange fire” before the Lord, which was so displeasing to Him that His holy fire consumed them instead. Though the severity of God’s actions in consuming these men with His holy fire seems quite shocking to us in the natural, we see it again as David was trying to take the ark of the covenant to Jerusalem.

Again, God had given specific instructions on how the ark was to be carried. It was to have poles that were to be put through the rings on the sides of the ark. The poles and rings were provisions by a holy God to carry the ark without touching it. However, sometime later the Philistines stole the ark and transported it with a cart pulled by oxen. That was the Philistine way to move it, not God’s way.

Several years after the Philistines have returned the ark, David longs to have the ark of God’s presence with Him. Though David builds a new cart rather than using the Philistine cart, he does not use the poles through the rings on the sides of the ark to move it. The oxen nearly overturn the cart at the threshing floor of Chidon, and Uzza reaches out to hold and steady the ark. God immediately strikes Uzza down and he dies for touching the ark. David becomes angry with God for striking Uzza.

Just as David became angry with God for striking Uzza down, in our flesh we can question God’s reaction, but we know He is holy and righteous and good. We see how Aaron’s sons’ arrogance and presumption failed them. We see how moving the ark in the Philistine way of a cart pulled by oxen (which seems practical to us) is not how God had intended His ark to be transported. God had made provision for His way in the design of the ark, and all they had to do were to follow His instructions and use what He had intended and provided.

We see in scripture how deeply God felt about something holy being treated as commonplace or something to be tampered with. And we must learn from these stories to be diligent and obedient, to be reverent and intentional – not from a place of legalism or in an attempt to earn God’s favor, but rather simply from a place of love. And because of that love, choose to know God’s heart and how your worship might best bless Him. For though there is grace in the learning, how much better to do that which is pleasing to Him in the first place.

So be intentional to know Him. Intentional in pursuing holiness. Intentional in your love. And give all honor and glory to Him as is His due.

{Hearing} Beloved, reach out and stir up the fire I put in you. Let My fire burn in you continually and never go out. My fire accomplishes what I have set it to do: it lights up the night, illuminates truth, burns away the dross in your life, warms hearts, draws people out of darkness, creates sparks that catch and blaze! Walk in My acceptable fire. My fire is so much more than anything you could make on your own.

Leviticus 6:13 (AMP) The fire shall be burning continually on the altar; it shall not [be allowed] to go out.

Leviticus 10:1-3 (AMP) Now Nadab and Abihu, the son’s of Aaron, took their respective [ceremonial] censers, put fire in them, placed incense on it and offered strange (unauthorized, unacceptable) fire before the Lord, an act which He had not commanded them to do. And fire came out from the presence of the Lord and devoured them, and they died before the Lord. Then Moses said to Aaron, “ This is what the Lord said: ‘I will be treated as holy by those who approach Me, And before all the people I will be honored.’ “

Exodus 25:13-15 (AMP) You shall make [carrying] poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold, and put the poles through the rings on the sides of the ark, by which to carry it. The poles shall remain in the rings of the ark; they shall not be removed from it [so that the ark itself need not be touched].

1 Samuel 6:8 (AMP) Then take the ark of the Lord and put it on the cart; and put the articles of gold which you are returning to Him as a guilt offering in a box beside it. Then send it away [without a driver].

1 Chronicles 13: 7; 9,10 (AMP)  They carries the ark of God in a new cart and brought it out of the house of Abindab, and Uzza and Ahio drove the cart. When they came to the threshing floor of Chidon, Uzza put out his hand to hold and steady the ark, for the oxen [that were drawing the cart] nearly overturned it. The anger of the Lord burned against Uzza, and He struck him down because he touched the ark; and there he died before God.

A final Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “Lord God Omnipotent.

Revelation 4:8 (AMP) And the four living creatures, each one of them having six wings, are full of eyes all over and within [underneath their wings]; and day and night they never stop saying, “Holy, holy, holy [is the] Lord God, the Almighty [the Omnipotent, the Ruler of all], who was and who is and who is to come [the unchanging, eternal God].”

Beloved, I AM the Lord God omnipotent, and I AM clothed in power. Nothing is too hard for Me, and nothing is beyond My reach. I AM mighty and awesome – ruler of all. And yet – though I AM worthy of all glory and honor – I have made you the focus of My attention, the apple of My eye.

I AM a good Father. And though I have the power to shatter the mountains and turn them to dust, I gently comfort and protect My children. I AM fierce, yet I AM loving. I AM terrifying, yet I have made Myself approachable. I AM the Lord God omnipotent, and I reign.

Revelation 19:6 (KJV) And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.

Silk: Glory of the Throne Room

The name of your silk is Glory of the Throne Room. The colors in it are:

  • White representing holiness
  • Cream representing sweet aroma of praise/worship
  • Sand representing holy ground
  • Soft gold representing radiant glory
  • Amber representing glory of His presence
  • Gray representing cloud of His presence
  • Vibrant green (candy apple) representing standing in awe of the Creator
  • Dark gray representing fear of the Lord and humility

The scriptures that go with it are:

  • Revelation 4 (TPT) Then suddenly, after I wrote down these messages, I saw a heavenly portal open before me, and the same trumpet-voice I heard speaking with me at the beginning  broke the silence and said, “ Ascend into this realm! I want to reveal to you what must happen after this. ” Instantly I was taken into the spirit realm, and behold—I saw a heavenly throne set in place and someone seated upon it. His appearance was sparkling like crystal and glowing like a carnelian gemstone. Surrounding the throne was a circle of green light, like an emerald rainbow. Encircling the great throne were twenty-four thrones with elders in glistening white garments seated upon them, each wearing a golden crown of victory. And pulsing from the throne were blinding flashes of lightning, crashes of thunder, and voices. And burning before the throne are seven blazing torches, which represent the seven Spirits of God. And in front of the throne there was pavement like a crystal sea of glass. Around the throne and on each side stood four living creatures, full of eyes in front and behind. The first living creature resembled a lion, the second an ox, the third had a human face, and the fourth was like an eagle in flight. Each of the four living creatures had six wings, full of eyes all around and under their wings. They worshiped without ceasing, day and night, singing, “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God, the Almighty! The Was, the Is, and the Coming!” And whenever the living creatures gave glory, honor, and thanks to the One who is enthroned and who lives forever and ever, the twenty-four elders fell facedown before the one seated on the throne and they worshiped the one who lives forever and ever. And they surrendered their crowns before the throne, singing: “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory, honor, and power, for you created all things, and by your plan they were created and exist.”

A Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “Come Up Higher.”

Revelation 4:1 (TPT) Then suddenly, after I wrote down these messages, I saw a heavenly portal open before me, and the same trumpet-voice I heard speaking with me at the beginning broke the silence and said, “Ascend into this realm! I want to reveal to you what must happen after this.” Beloved, come up higher. I have granted you access into the heavenly realms that you might see. Open your eyes and step over the threshold into the fullness of what I have made available to you. Refuse to allow anything to hold you back – not doubt or fear or unbelief. Step forward, beloved, and come up higher. Ascend into higher realms, for the glory that will be revealed is magnificent and life changing, but it requires you to move. It requires you to see. So take My hand and step forward in faith with your spiritual eyes alert and ready as we move into the things of My Kingdom. Revelation 4:1 (ESV) After this I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven! And the first voice, which I had heard speaking to me like a trumpet, said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this.”

Another Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “Come and Know Me More.”

Psalm 18:11-12 (TPT) Wrapped and hidden in the thick-cloud darkness, his thunder-tabernacle surrounded him. He hid himself in mystery-darkness; the dense rain clouds were his garments. Suddenly the brilliance of his presence broke through with lightning bolts and with a mighty storm from heaven— like a tempest dropping coals of fire. Beloved, I cloak Myself in glory and mystery surrounds Me, and yet I beckon you closer and welcome you into My presence. I AM power and authority. My holiness radiates from My presence. Come and know Me – come and know Me more.  Be reverent, but also be bold. Know who I AM, but also understand who you are. Move past any seeming contradictions, and simply choose to know Me. Choose to pursue Me. Be undone in My presence and overcome by the radiance of My glory.

A Word called “Dive Deep” from Elisa Eaton of Waiting in the Wings is connected to this.

Jeremiah 1:5 (AMPC) Before I formed you in the womb I knew [and] approved of you [as My chosen instrument], and before you were born I separated and set you apart, consecrating you; [and] I appointed you as a prophet to the nations. Beloved, I have created you that I might know you. I have brought you forth that you might explore all the depths of who I am. I am love and it is My good pleasure that you would live forever immersed in Me. My love is endless and fathomless, far deeper than the oceans. I am worth knowing and take great joy when you pursue Me with all of your being. In your encounters with Me, you will sense the depths of My nature, a world without end that beckons you to dive deeper and deeper. When you sense these depths, resist the urge to give into the fear of losing yourself in Me. Be a bold explorer of My heart, knowing that as you lose yourself in the waves of My love you will truly find yourself there. You will inevitably soak in more and more of My nature until you resonate with the sound of My voice. Dive deep, beloved, and let yourself be overwhelmed. In your pursuit of Me, allow yourself to be transformed into an instrument of My Love.

A final Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “A Reflection of My Magnificent Glory.”

Isaiah 6:4 (AMP) And the foundations of the thresholds trembled at the voice of him who called out, and the temple was filling with smoke. Beloved, enter My holy place. Let the resonance of My voice move you – may it stir you to action. May you be changed in My presence. And may any outer protective layer you’ve created for yourself tremble and be shaken free.  Be naked and unashamed, beloved. You’ve no need to hide yourself or try to shield yourself from Me. I AM the One true God and the Lover of your soul, so find your identity in Me. For you are a reflection of My magnificent glory, so be radiant without shame.  Isaiah 6:1-3 (VOICE) In the same year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a grand throne way up high with a flowing cape that filled the whole temple. Bright flaming creatures waited on Him. Each had six wings: two covering its face, two covering its feet, and two for flying. Like some fiery choir, they would call back and forth continually. Flaming Creatures: Holy, holy, holy is the Eternal, the Commander of heavenly armies! The earth is filled with His glorious presence!

A prophetic download from Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Ministries is connected to this. It’s called “The Glory of the Throne Room and the Value of His Presence.”

The glory of the throne room exists outside of space and time, beloved. The door in the spirit realm stands open – waiting, an invitation for you to step in. Immerse yourself in My presence. Saturate yourself in My glory.  Value Me – value My presence – as the greatest gift imaginable. Just as I have held nothing back in My pursuit of you, hold nothing back in your pursuit of Me. Value Me as the rarest of gems and sacrifice all to have Me. I AM worth the cost.  {Vision} seeing a gem in the hand of the Lord. It is brilliant and appears to be glowing from within it’s so radiant. He is turning it in His hand and appreciating its beauty from every angle.  Father is saying you are inherently valuable, but the radiance comes as a reflection of Him – Him in you. Like the glow-in-the-dark stars you can stick on your ceiling, which require time in the light to glow and remain dull and lifeless if they don’t soak in the light, so you must take the time to be saturated in His presence that your countenance may glow like Moses’ did when he spent time face-to-face with God.  And just as the Lord is holding you and looking at you from every angle and appreciating each facet, so you must not assume because you’ve gained a certain understanding of God that you “know” Him. There is always more to know – new facets to explore. Take the time and expend the effort. He is worth it! Search Him out, for He desires to be known. Matthew 13:45-46 (VOICE) Or the kingdom of heaven is like a jeweler on the lookout for the finest pearls. When he found a pearl more beautiful and valuable than any jewel he had ever seen, the jeweler sold all he had and bought that pearl, his pearl of great price. Exodus 34:29 (VOICE) When Moses went back down Mount Sinai, he carried the two stone tablets in his hands as a witness to their agreement. But he did not realize that the skin on his face was glowing and radiant because he had been speaking with God.

It has been prayed over and anointed with the Scent of Heaven’s Glory Drops oil. The scriptures that go with this oil are:

  • And blessed be his glorious name for ever: and let the whole earth be filled with his glory; Amen, and Amen. Psalm 72:19
  • And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: John 17:22

The history of this oil is that one day during church Carol (the founder of the Scent of Heaven) saw a vision of glory drops coming down on some of the people. She cried out to the Lord asking, “Why aren’t there more people being touched?” Some weeks later, the weatherman mentioned that there has to be a ‘drawing’ below for the rain to come out of the clouds. The Lord immediately impressed upon her that we, likewise, need to be hungry and thirsty to be pure and holy, seeking for His glory so we can receive the glory drops. When enough of us create a sufficient drawing, His glory will fill the whole earth. The deeper meaning of this oil reads, “Glory Drops represents the essence of the Lord’s glory falling on those who have sought His holiness and drawn it out by hungering and thirsting for Him. Like in Luke 8:46 where the woman touched the hem of the Lord’s garment and He asked, “Who touched me?” – she drew the power out of Him.” We pray it blesses you!

Praise (Psalm 149)

“Open the Gates with Praise” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

This is a series of Prophetic Nuggets from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams that are connected by scripture / theme. It is a series of three Prophetic Nuggets based on Psalm 149:4-6 (TPT):

For he enjoys his faithful lovers. He adorns the humble with his beauty and he loves to give them the victory. His godly lovers triumph in the glory of God, and their joyful praises will rise even while others sleep. God’s high and holy praises fill their mouths, for their shouted praises are their weapons of war!

The first Prophetic Nugget is called “Humble and Yielded.”

Psalm 149:4 (TPT) For he enjoys his faithful lovers. He adorns the humble with his beauty and he loves to give them the victory.

Beloved, I delight to bring victory to those who rejoice in Me. It gives Me immense pleasure to bestow such blessings on those who have held nothing back. Love Me lavishly, sweet one, and without agenda – simply love because I loved you first.

Focus your heart on Me, and leave the battle plans to Me. Your role is humility – eyes and heart fixed on Me; My role is to be God and all that encompasses including knowing what is best for My children and leading them in that path as they yield. I have you, beloved.

The second Prophetic Nugget is called “Praises Rise.”

Psalm 149:5 (TPT) His godly lovers triumph in the glory of God, and their joyful praises will rise even while others sleep.

Beloved, let your praises rise. Let them rise both in triumph and in the expectation of it. Let it rise at all times. Your steadfast, joyful praise is an audible banner lifted high – a clear reminder to all of Who I AM: I AM God, the Lord of Hosts, the Mighty One, and I reign.

Refuse to be silent. Refuse to be distracted. Let your joyful praise come forth like refreshing waters encouraging yourself and all those around you. You know who you are because you know Who I AM. Walk boldly in your identity as a child of Mine.

The third Prophetic Nugget is called “Steadfast Praise.”

Psalm 149:6 (TPT) God’s high and holy praises fill their mouths, for their shouted praises are their weapons of war!

Beloved, as your praises rise, things begin to shift. As your praises rise, mountains begin to move. Just as a drip of water can change the face of a rock over time, never underestimate the power of your steadfast praise.

Stay equipped. Hide the word in your heart and raise a banner or lift your voice high or dance before Me, beloved, but do something. Allow the fruit of your faith to pour forth from your heart.

Your praise changes things. It shifts the atmosphere. It is powerful because I inhabit the praises of My people and I AM mighty beyond expectation or description. So be steadfast in your praise.
