“Warrior Watchman” by Meghan Williams, Dyed4you Art

{vision} I saw myself wearing a unique necklace. The pendant was designed like a gyroscope, yet instead of a “wheel within a “wheel,” there was a “coin within a coin.” One coin face had a lion’s head and another that of a man. I had the sense that the other coin faces mirrored the rest of the four living creatures connected to the throne of God, the eagle and the ox (Ezekiel 1, Revelation 4).

Though this vision came to me in a quick flash, many things were downloaded to my spirit all at once. God has been speaking to me a lot about living from the place of our authority in Him. According to Ephesians 2:6, we are seated with Christ in heavenly places. I can be honest and say that, although I know this truth with my mind, it is a much different thing to know it in my bones and feel secure in that knowledge. Doubt, fear, and insecurities can creep in and cause a child of God to feel weak and worthless. Therefore, I knew this vision of the necklace was meant to give me further revelation about our kingly authority in Christ. Continue reading “Sent One”

Refuse to Fear the Darkness, Simply Be Light

Pervasive Light” by Meghan Williams, Dyed4you Art

Beloved, remember that you are a child of the Light, and darkness is powerless against the light. Darkness cannot say to light, “I refuse to go” or “I insist that I dim your blaze” because light trumps darkness. It’s not a fight for light to overtake darkness, but rather light expands simply because of the nature of what light is: light.

So remember your identity as a child of the day—a child of light. Walk in the fullness of that power unafraid knowing that you are equipped simply by the nature of who you are and how you are made. So be light, beloved. Be light.

Matthew 5:14 (NLT) “You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden.

His Greatest Craftsmanship

Fathomless God” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

The heavens and its starry host speak and declare God’s story and craftsmanship. They bear witness to His testament. Yet, the heavens have no audible voice. Its declaration of God as the one and only Creator and Sovereign Ruler is not in words but action.

The heavens exist and do what God created them to do. It knows its identity, its purpose, and the source of that purpose. There is no question or doubt. All the universe can do is simply be what it was created to be and do what it was created to do.  Continue reading “His Greatest Craftsmanship”

Daughter of the King

Unbroken Identity” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

One day, a great King decided to survey all the lands He ruled. People came from near and far and surrounded His company of warriors and all those of His house with joyful crowds of celebration. The King received each welcome graciously, but He never tarried long, because His heart was set on reaching the dark lands—wild, lawless places at the edge of His borders.

Now and again, His enemies would sneak in and erect large labor camps, where they enslaved the vulnerable and weak. The taskmasters were tyrants, without mercy or care, and they starved and beat the people they held captive. Continue reading “Daughter of the King”

Great and Mighty

Made Mighty” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

Be clothed in the identity of God, for He is great and mighty, and He has called you to walk in His mantle of authority. Refuse to feel small or insignificant, for a single bullet can reap destruction even as a single act of kindness can reap a windfall of blessing. So walk in the fullness of your call remembering that your natural eyes need not see the fruit of your impact for it to be present. Act in faith sewing seeds of life, truth, and love, and trust God to bring forth a mighty harvest of impact.

Psalm 147:5 (NIV) Great is our Lord and mighty in power; his understanding has no limit.

Kingdom Identity and Honor

Rightful Place” by Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Art

Matthew 5:16 (AMP) “Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good deeds and moral excellence, and [recognize and honor and] glorify your Father who is in heaven.”

Luke 20:25 (TPT) Jesus said, “Precisely. The coin bears the image of the Emperor Caesar, and you should give back to Caesar all that belongs to him. But you bear the image of God. So give back to God all that belongs to him.”

2 Corinthians 10:7, 18 (TPT) You seem to always be looking at people by their outward appearances. If someone is confident that he belongs to Christ, he should remind himself of this: we belong to Christ no less than he does. So let’s be clear. To have the Lord’s approval and commendation is of greater value than bragging about oneself.
